Hi. My asus vivobook x513ea has an ssd installed, and an empty slot for hdd...but hdd installation kit is not provided. Where do i get it?

Need Advise !!!!!! Hi i have recently purchased vivobook K513oled where i want to install a additional SSD 2.5inch 500gb 870Evo. My laptop do not come with any Hdd installation kit which normal asus gives in the packaging. I went to Asus service center where they are saying that when they are installing the Flex cable it is not supporting the SSD 870EVo and they have tried with other Hdd from the service center which the laptop is detecting. Theoretically it should support SSD as well as per my understanding. Kindly advise what to do. I bought flex cable from them as i had one more 1 tb Seagate 2.5inch hdd which i thought i would be installing on my own at home. But at the service center i saw the one wire in the flex cable is in broken condition . i asked them they said its normal and all flex cable come with the kind of broken wire. Any ways then i tried at home with the normal 1 tb hdd its still not detecting. Also when i saw ur video i found there are no broken coper wire in the cable. Kindly give ur opinion and also tell me is it possible that it do not support ssd but it support hdd. Your reply would be very helpful for me thankyou.
