I have autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental coordination disorder (DCD), attention defisit hypoactivity disorder (ADHD), anxiety, sensory issues and servia deslexia. On this channel I will talk about my journey, finding out about my difficulties and what helps me. I will also be doing parcore, climbing and a bit of trampolining!
