Liberia needs trained property appraisals. My guys could build this identical property with the same quality materials for less than $65 ,000 (materials & workman ) and sell it for $85. Good profit for a 6- 8 months project.😂❤

Liberia is getting better and this place is beautiful, but their prices for accommodation/lodging always making their places empty. Fast nickel is better then slow dim. The affordable the place, the more customers you guys will have.
