MVCI - Dorm Flight Loop Bnb + Ultron Extension (6.5k Meterless)
I love Dorm's jf.HK and wanted a BnB that utilized it as much as possible. Starter has a low in it too since this is a BnB after all.
For the flight loop you have several options available to you. You can throw in some j.HPs (although imo it ruins the aesthetic of the combo) and can alter when you go up-forward vs forward depending on your height. You can also do a relaunch instead of the flight combo if you don't feel like flying. Some of these variations do more damage too. This is just what I found to be the most consistent and most fun to do.
Note: Instead of doing the volcano extension at the end you can do some reset shenanigans with carpet if you feel like it.

I can get all but trial 5, which i believe is the ROM? I just can't seem to get anywhere with it. I can do the emp on larger characters (probably because the S has the auto-super jump mechanic) but I can't seem to figure out this one. any other detail you could go into that might be helpful?
4 years too late to reply, but you can disable auto-super jump in the settings. Unless you mean that your character will always super jump instead of regular jump after S which okay yeah true.
for butter gun infinite, after i use butter gun, and do the j.L, i have trouble connected the M after the second L. Sometimes it links sometimes it doesn't. Can you tell me why this happens?
i can only do trial 1...
just one small error: you want the butter gun to hit 5 times instead of 3.

this is probably the best tutorial out there :D btw i love the end, you just keep going and include all the possible infinite variations in one go, down tac into midscreen variation into corner, into staircase into plasmabeam without staircase then into buttergun LOL
also, i'm just curious, personally i've found it easier to use the buttergun infinite on Zero's hitbox for some reason, either i haven't put enough time into practicing the plasma beam variation or his hitbox is just really weird, what are your thoughts on the matter? thankfully he has low hp so any regular combo into doom TAC ending with sphere flame will probably kill him
Lee Der Lan i'm having a really hard time setting up my second (and consecutive) plasma beam hit stop links, after my first, i like to staircase up for maximum damage but i can never set up the plasma beam consistently on the way down, any advice?

Thanks it helped a lot! I'm practicing on Nemesis since he's easier to hit.. so far for the M&M infinites I can only do 2 or 3 loops til i fuck it up. But i can't do the plasma beam infinite at all
Nemesis is actually a bit harder since he's so big. I highly recommend a more neutral character like Wesker, Dante, or Vergil.

having trouble getting the dash L M fly M to connect after the side H (foot dive)
Are you talking about the initial TAC at 0:21? If so, keep holding forward after you do the H footdive and dash as soon as it connects. Then immediately do L M into fly. After that, you have a pretty big window for following up with M&Ms. There's no need to rush... just wait until Doom's fly animation is completed. A variation you might like is to dash down forward instead of just forward after footdive. It'll give you a bit more time to connect the M&Ms.

Hey Thomas, thank you for this amazing tutorial n_n I've been practicing the plasma beam infinite but after finishing the setup I can't find the right timing to land the first j.l (hitstop) I'm pretty much randomly pressing low after the beam and waiting for the miracle :P Any advice?
The plasma beam will hit twice if you do it correctly. Your light punch on the way down should be a split second after that second hit connects. Remember to hold up forward while you hit light and keep pressing light until you see doom throw out his punch on the way up. Then go into mediums. Does that make sense?

I having the hardest time getting the u/f air dash to come out in the staircase part after the two LL's. A medium keeps coming out for me and I know I'm hitting dash with L+M, what gives?
Hm, my guess would be that your dash isn't precise enough. When you have your inputs visible, are the buttons you use to dash on top of each other?
On 10:52 Down Mid-Screen Infinite, can you do the same thing in the corner? Down TAC, ADDF, L-Plasma

Literally every input is shown on the screen as both the move, and the notation. If you follow the video incrementally you shouldn't need to ask for inputs :) If you're still having trouble, learn Doom as a character first overall. Once you're comfortable with his normals, then practice his TACs
