Push and hold silver button down while pulling in the clutch and slide the lock behind the red topped pin. If the brake isn’t adjusted correctly on the rear caliper it won’t work.

Heat gun took most of the fade out but decal kit and SC1 for the win!

You can do without it, just make sure you have the correct amount of plates in the clutch.

I’d say when it starts to slip. It will be noticeable for sure. Changing it at a certain interval would probably be a waste of time and money. It’s all about how hard you ride and how you use the clutch.

What kind of parts would you like to see?

Is your machine actually in reverse? I think you might have the wires under the wrong lens. Reverse should not light up unless it’s actually in reverse.

@@thequadfatheratv9177 I finally got around to checking the wires and the wires are not crossed I’m only having issues with the overheat light not coming on at all. It receives 12v. Do you know what sensor is responsible for providing power to that bulb ?

@@manojimenez7169 you sure it’s not just a bulb? It should only come on when key is first turned on or it’s actually overheating. If you have power to the socket it’s probably the bulb.

@@thequadfatheratv9177 I have tried multiple bulbs with no luck, that’s the only light that does not come on when 1st turned on. I can send you a picture of that helps. I’m just not wanting to run the quad without that situation fixed so I know if it’s overheating.

Yes, I will agree. It certainly did look good. It made the plastic look brand new. When I got to the inner side, I ended up tearing it by accident and I decided just to get a decal kit. I definitely think it is possible to wrap your ATV plastics, but I am not sure how well it would hold up.

For the record the customer never said it was a 2 stroke. He just wanted the throttle cable issue fixed. I fixed it , got paid and he took it home. Bike was riddled with issues and he wasn’t going to spend the money anyway.

Popping is definitely something that is a tedious task. Rich condition, Lean condition, air leak, valves to tight,spark plug worn, these can all cause a pop/backfire. I guess check the valves first and rule that out as that will be the more difficult of all the possibilities.

@thequadfatheratv9177 lever is tight.. took it off splines are mint.. took the spacers off and then there's that lock washer and it moves in and out with the shaft atleast 1/8 of an inch...

Yes a pressure washer, foam cannon, magic erasers and some cheap oven cleaner for the stubborn stains. Dry it and spray SC1 on them, let it sit for a few minutes then wipe off excess SC1.

That was two years ago lol. I’ve gotten $3200 A few months ago on a 250 I previously bought and re-flipped it. The reason why I say without RUclips money is I think people are under the impression that you make big bucks by being monetized on RUclips.🥴🙂
