Massage Therapy Bruise Removal Secrets
In today's video, I show you how to get rid of bruises fast! While they're typically harmless, bruises can be a bit of an eyesore and cause pain or tenderness, especially upon touch. When lightly massaging the bruised area, this can encourage blood flow, decrease swelling and aid in the healing process. This simple massage technique works best after applying ice or a cold pack for 15-20 min, 3 times a day. You can follow up with the massage for 3-5 minutes, 3 times a day.

Yes, It can be a challenge when massaging yourself or individuals with larger muscles. You can try laying face down on the floor using a lacrosse ball (so, using your body weight instead of hand strength) and getting into the deltiod muscles that way can work. Sleeping is always the worst! try propping it up with a pillow and lay on the unaffected side. Also, some people find vascular flushing (Heat & ice contrast) before bed helps too.

Hey I've seen your previous videos about kids massage and those really helped my kid a lott. It'd be great if you can post more of it with longer duration and more variations. Actually I have some video requests if you don't mind, it's mostly about digestive system and stomach massage . My son (6 years old) has been experiencing tummy issues lately. He doesn't eat very much for the past few days, a massage to boost his appetite would be great! Also after a couple of minutes of eating something he complains about tummy ache which turns out to be some built up gas on his tummy, as he can get bloated really quickly, I tried to do massages but it doesn't really work , it's hard for him to fart or burp, and just yesterday he had a diarrhea and was feeling nauseous ( I think it was a stomach bug not really sure) it's been quite rough lately ,hopefully you can help !

Thank you for watching, I have the link below that will take you to my massage video on constipation, gas and bloating. If he is experiencing aches/painful bloating/gas on a frequent basis, you might want to consider taking him to a pediatric nutritionist, or a pediatric specialist to discuss diet. But it could also be a bug in his stomach and it will pass naturally. Unfortunately there aren’t any massage techniques to increase or boost appetite (I could have really used that when my kiddos were little too). ruclips.net/video/xxof2ILd6H4/видео.htmlsi=ybFrfBsuYsVJYkOw

@@MotionRestorationthank you , I did the constipation massage and i think it worked for him, he's now feeling a bit better. I might wanna give him some supplements for appetite booster since massage doesn't work. I would love to have some more abdominal related massage or tips from you in the future if possible since it really helps my kid. Thanks again

The back tapping works the best imo. Btw is it okay if i didnt use any oil while massaging cause my kid hates it , or do you have any alternatives for that

Thank you for watching. It's perfectly fine not to use lotion's or oils, not everyone likes the feel of them, especially kids haha. As long as your not pulling aggressively on the skin, they should be ok.

Thank you for your sharing. I had a total broken ulna and distal radius in my right arm for 6 weeks after surgery done next day. I am in pain and recovering through exercises and massage from these similar communities that I am learning.

As long as you are within the patients pain tolerance! And yes, it does feel good, even if your not suffering from shin splints.

Can I do this massage to my 3-yr old son?

Yes! You definitely can do this for your 3-year old. Keep your pressure light to start, check in with him to make sure it’s not too uncomfortable. I hope he has a quick recovery!
