Alaska Photo Treks is a photo tour company based in Anchorage, Alaska. We offer a daily northern lights photo tour, the Anchorage Aurora Quest, from August 17 to April 24. We also provide two photography workshops, one in the fall and one in early spring, in the Brooks Range of the Alaskan Arctic. This video highlights our aurora borealis season for 2022-23.

With over 80 tours run from August through April, we had a great season for our Anchorage Aurora Quest and our Brooks Range workshops. This video shows some highlights of the still images captured by our owner and guides during the season.

Just one season past the Solar Minimum, we already saw a significant increase not only in aurora activity but intensity.
