Thank you Amy. Very helpful.
Really liked this
I just love it, thank you 🥰
Hi, Amy! Thank you for sharing! I love lectio divina! I am a Catholic artist, wife, and mom. I have a youtube channel on which I share my art and my catholic faith. I cling to this practice daily and it has transformed my life. Jesus is my best friend now!

Yes Glenn it is Catholic and if it is not then they are imitating the Catholic Church.
Accept no imitations! There is only One Catholic Church.
wow I just assumed this was a Catholic site, good job folks, re-discovering ancient Christian wisdom
@@veronica_._._._ I admit I didn't watch the whole thing, you are right
@@glennlanham6309 I didn't either, 😉 very abstract and jargon filled l watched her meditation vid instead. (Practical before theory is the acid test) Just a Buddhist mindfulness script word for word ... with "The Lord" inserted 🙄 ... Red flag⛳ Having studied the neuroscience of mindfulness and had a very lucrative business teaching mindfulness before coming home, l know that of which l speak, and to be fair l was having qualms about the cumulative deleterious side effects of mindfulness outweighing any benefits, way before that and took a hiatus in lock down to do more research, meaning to come back, but..... Catholicism had a huge tradition of contemplation and meditation, over 2 millennia, how capricious and ungrateful and shallow of us to appropriate the eastern version of channeling spirits... Even eastern meditation actually contains caveats for those not too manic already to take a caution. Thank you for replying. This is my reparation. May God himself continue to bring you discernment, as a blessing, freely given.
@@veronica_._._._ I was being lazy, honestly, I am # 1 to preach against the Eastern crud passing off as prayer right now, I even speak against Harry Potter
@@veronica_._._._ I just read the "lectio divina" part and stamped it, ow
@@glennlanham6309 l had actually searched for Lecto Divina in the search bar! Perhaps it's like panning for gold we will eventually forget all about our cold feet when we finally finally find that nugget of truth, if you do find any rare gold, drop it in the comments for us fellow prospectors
That was really helpful. Thank you.
Thank you. Interesting. This one too, ruclips.net/video/_2VU7QeToeA/видео.html, ruclips.net/video/wd54kRMsQXM/видео.html
Awesome. Thank you!
This was beautiful. Thank you! <3
A very timely message DJ and spot on. Thanks brother for sharing your insights, very encouraging. -rb
Loved your message Paul! Very thought provoking and well done. From your position as an elder in the church, it would be so encouraging to hear how God brought life out of death or restoration out of calamity in you. Could you "put the icing on the cake" so to speak, and tell me how (i.e. examples) specifically your message of carrying the cross has been worked out in your life? Thanks again for the message. Shalom to you brother- Rand
Recognizing our self brokenness is being poor in spirit. Blessed are the poor in Spirit, for theirs is the Kingdom of God.
Thats good DJ, our morality reveals what we trust in
