How can B777-300ER can land and take off on st.marteen, because runway st.marteen is short?
they probably have load restrictions i'd assume. meaning the aircraft has limits on weight it can carry.

...cuz they are?
Beacon, navigational, and strobe lights. They emit a bright light to be recognizable by other aircraft at night to keep distance from each other.
