But when I'm playing a game I think isn't a horror game and It says Hold shift to sprint: useful for running away, but don't use too much because it makes twice as much noise as walking, and the more stamina you use, the heavier your breathing gets, meaning you are louder, and the slower you become. Walking or moving doesn't replenish stamina as fast as not moving, and your normal speed is also decreased dramatically Press control to crouch: the entity can hear you so be quiet Press E to hide in lockers: you have to control your breathing in order to not get caught Press SPACE to control your breathing: don't Spam and don't Press too slowly Press Q to scan your surroundings: useful for when your night vision runs out and needs to recharge, though don't use this too often, it makes sounds constantly Press r to regain sanity: you can only regain sanity if you have items that can reduce insanity.
