In this video I take you on a hiking adventure up Akaboshi mountain (1453 metres / 4767 ft), located in Ehime Prefecture, Shikoku Island, just south of the Seto Inland Sea. While being a rather tough climb, this mountain has an abundance of waterfalls, moss and wildlife just begging to be explored! It becomes rather magical after a day of heavy rain.
