Technically both are correct, though meaning-wise, “havalar” means weather conditions in general, while “hava” would mean weather of a specific day. So, you can say “bugün hava çok soğuk" but not "bugün havalar çok soğuk"

Dikkat edin is for plural or formal "You". Dikkat et is for singular "you". In a restaurant, you would hear formal address “dikkat edin”, while your family member would say “dikkat et” to you.

Change of one consonant into another

To be honest, I don't know the proper grammar term for that either. But let me explain how you use it. There are two parts to this structure. The first side always receives -ıp, -ip, -up, -üp in the affirmative form, while the second side receives negative form of participle that at the same time determines the tense we are talking about, together with the personal and case ending attached to the participle. Accordingly, the raw formats would be: yap-ıp yap-ma-dık (whether does or not, OR, whether did or not) yap-ıp yap-ma-yacak (whether will do or not) These two forms cover almost all possible tense possibilities, whether present, past or future (note that the first covers present and past at the same time). Finally, you need to add personal ending and case ending to the raw participle. For example, Gid-ip git-me-yeceğ-imiz belli değil. = It's not certain whether we will go or not. (The tense meant is future.) Here we added only personal ending, but no case ending. (also, k mutated to ğ) Gör-üp gör-me-diğ-iniz-i bilmiyorum. = I don't know if You see, OR, = I don't know if You saw (depending on the context you would know which is meant) Here we added personal ending (iniz) and accusative case ending (-i) to the raw participle. Anla-yıp anla-ma-dık-ları-nı bilmiyorum. = I don't know if they understand, OR, = I don't know if they understood (depending on the context you would know which is meant) Here we added personal ending (ler) and accusative case ending (-nı) to the raw participle. Sevgili means “one’s beloved one”. When you say “sevgili-m” it becomes “my love”, “my beloved one”, “my sweetheart”. Depending onthe context, it may also mean “my fiance”, “my lover”.

Accordingly: My coming = Gelme-m Your coming = Gelme-n His/her coming = Gelme-si Our coming = Gelme-miz Your coming = Gelme-niz Their coming = Gelme-leri I am surprised at my coming = Gelmem-e şaşırdım. I am surprised at your coming = Gelmen-e şaşırdım. I am surprised at his/her coming = Gelmesi-ne şaşırdım. I am surprised at our coming = Gelmemiz-e şaşırdım. Merhaba. "Yalın" means "plain" or "simple", and it's an adjective, same like saying Simple Case. Therefore, it's an adjective construction (first part adjective, second part noun). When it comes to other five cases, they are not adjective constructions anymore, they are noun like structures, which means it would be noun constructions this time (first part noun, second part noun)., same as saying Possession Case (İyelik Hali), which requires second part to get an ending.
