On day one, we traveled from Merag to Mali Lošinj, visiting the beautiful beach Koromačna in Belej. We captured nice drone shots there. On day two, we took a boat trip to Susak, where we spent the entire day biking and enjoying the beach. We also captured some nice drone shots. Great video. What led me to it is that I saw the exact same species while swimming and snorkelling off Vrbnik, Krk Island, Croatia on Wednesday 31st August 2022. It was huge. It was about 25m below the surface of the water. 30degC day, very calm waters and perfect visibility below the water.
They're an interesting sight while snorkeling. This species is quite often in the Kvarner Bay area.
