When I opened using the TextEdit, it said I do not have enough privilege to make the change, then I opened the document in terminal and made the changes. RESOLVED in restart. Thank you sir.

Couldn't figure out how to keep GP from loading! You answered the question and got me in the right direction. I could not directly save the corrected file, maybe because I used Text Edit, so I had to do a workaround. I saved the corrected file with different name (just added 2 on end). Then renamed original file (wanted to keep original), then renamed corrected file to the original file name. Saved as .plist instead of text when given the option. It worked!
