I'm thinking of buying this machine and wondering how long you've owned it and if you are still happy with it? I just returned a Gaggia Classic Pro because of a flaking boiler and was going to get a Profitec Go until I saw this. My only concern is the height and fitting under my cabinets. Are the cup rails removable? Will it look okay without them? Thanks!

Mhm, that extraction does not look good, does it ? If you play it with 0,25 you can clearly see the uneven extraction :( You could try to be more gentle with the puck - do not hit it with the tamper after using the distribution tool :)

You might want to try a better distribution in the basket to improve the uneven development, and maybe a single even tamp with the tamper, instead of three small ones... cheers

15 grams? that's like nothing. I consistently do 22 grams in my portafilter with the same machine. Gives you more flavor and body the higher amount of dose you have.
