I like the 627 better with the 2.67 inch barrel with a full injector Rod might be a little heavier but you need that, or should I say the blood work done Clint Eastwood

I appreciate the review and it is a beautiful looking revolver. However I have some questions that I’ve been asking other RUclips reviewer‘s and I have not gotten any answers back yet. I know that titanium tends to erode especially in cases of firearms. I have seen videos and read stories of this specific model revolver having erosion issues in the cylinder And on the front face of the cylinder due to the flame and unburned powder. Many people have said they sent it back to Smith and Wesson and they replace the cylinder but I would assume it will keep happening? Have you had this issue or noticed it? What kind of ammunition would be best to use in a gun like this to avoid The erosion problem so people don’t have to deal with Smith and Wesson and continue to have to send this gun back for repairs? To be honest it’s kind of turning me off of the gun knowing that has this issue
Use Hornady critical defense no problem at all no rust no problem
@@jessicagrecco5813 That gets pretty expensive if you have or want to shoot the gun often for practice or the like... Other than Critical Defense ammo from Hornady, what would you suggest for titanium cylinders?
@@revolverden just plain old 38 ammunition never had any issues
@@jessicagrecco5813 Thanks, that's good to hear and based on my own experience with other firearms, there have only been several brands of ammo that I found to be excessively dirty and corrosive. Enjoy your 327!

I just bought one of these thanksgiving online, shot it with full power Magnum loads and it's a little beast! Love it, I usually shoot a S&W 500 Magnum PC snubbed nose, this little gun kicks but it doesn't bother me like the 500 Magnum.
With that full grip, it’s really not bad at all!
@@10_8guns6 a few guys complain about the recoil, they look big and strong but hey sometimes you look strong and really aren't.
I always respect when someone like you who knows about fire arms you make sure do a safty check on camera with so many of the people that do these overviews don't and I always comment on that because if someone is new to guns that is the most important part of the video we take it for granted but a newbie needs to see it and make sure they have these things drilled in there heads I personally am not a gun expert but as far as safty goes I check eveytime I pick up a gun point it towards the floor if I go to the rest room I'll check it again it might seem like over kill but I think it's a good practice and the most important part of the gun world and it should become something that everyone does before they move on to the fun part guns are alot of fun I love a trip to the range but I follow all of there rules because one simple mistake could hurt or kill so easy keep shooting but be responsible thank you

@case_0223 no I have not ankle carried this. I do ankle carry my smuth and wesson 360pd and it works well. Clibt smith ankle carries this gun. In my opinion, this gun is too big for that.

28DB? Not to good. It looks Over Engineered with the spring twist lock, My 1980 Sionics can stays on just fine. Try holding the back of the can after One mag, Gona be warm. lol. Still well made video.
You can get 4 mags out of it before it gets warm. It’s lighter and more durable than a Sionics can.
I use the Bowers VERS 45 on mine and love it!

You know the reviewer is not a revolver guy when he fires all his shots single-action.
Good thing I didn’t fire them all single action. Half and half to show what to expect.
Oh yea a noticeable difference between the two calibers, with a higher muzzle lift with.357!
My carry 357 is the M60, 5 shot. Only 5 but can carry in pocket or holster. I carry 8 rd speed strips & am reasonably quick reloading. It weighs about the same but doesn't shoot bad with 357s. That 327 with 8 rds is fat & hard to carry or conceal, & the first thing I'd do is put wrap around Hogue's on it. Also, should have a 3" brl like the M60. That said, I "also" carry my 325PD 45acp, but when doing so have to wear a bigger sized banded bottom polo shirt to hide it. The first thing I did with it, after shooting, was put the Hogue's on it, those wood grips they put on them suck if you shoot anything over light loads. Also, another problem is carrying the speed loaders. They are big & clunky & hard to hide except if its cold & you have a jacket pocket to stick them in. Otherwise a belt carrier is about the only way to go. I like revolvers but also carry autos, all in 45.
Get a Guardian holster from Kaos Concealment. Carries the 327 IWB like a dream. No issues. I don’t carry speed loaders ever. Just a 8rnd speed strip.

Not at all. I shoot all the time, so I guess I care less. It’s not bad at all.
I can just add to that. I shoot and carry this revolver. Exclusively .357, if you know what you do and you respect the gun then it is no big thing. Most of the complainers are 9mm pistol guys who are not used to a man's gun.😂
In my opinion, one doesn't buy this gun for its pleasure of shooting, but for having eight rounds of .357 Magnum in a reliable light weight carry gun! When firing to protect one's own life or that of another, one's system will become flooded with adrenaline, and shooting pleasure will not be relevant! Absolute focus and adrenaline should make shooting this gun in an emergency non problematic, as one's system adapts to the conditions. Personally, I'd prefer a slightly longer barrel.
I’ll be completely honest, those long grips tame it VERY well, but if you get some short guys, it might be a handful.

I have not shot this gun. The 329pd J frame 357 magnum of this revolver is not fun to shoot.

absolutely. 22LR without a suppressor is almost hearing safe. This is ridiculously quiet.

How long did you have to wait to get the mp5sd from them? I am going on 10 months since I placed my order with them.
I bought it a few years ago, it was probably about 10 weeks.
When you place your order so they give you serial numbers for the can and receiver so you can start the NFA process while you wait for the build to be done?
If you have it built as a pistol, that’s an option. I personally would not file ANYTHING until the firearm is complete and in hand, just in case it got lost/stolen in the mail, or shows up damaged beyond the point of repair. I had them build my SD as a two-stamp gun, so they both transferred on a Form 4.
@@10_8guns6 I just got mine made a video about it on my channel. Does hour suppressor sit centered in the hand guard? I think the handguard on mine is crooked. Also my rear sight is adjusted all the way to the right is your also like that?

Love my TPM SD Suppressor! To anyone interested this suppressor can be used on a modified 9mm AR15 by having your local gunsmith chop, port, and thread your existing AR9 barrel to MP5SD barrel specs. It especially works well with a modified CMMG radial delayed 9mm system.
