Nice. Can you say what the wind speed was there? Thinking about getting but undecided between 700 and 800.
14-18, maybe. I have the 700 for a higher wind glider, but the 800 gets on foil easier and allows one to slow down a little and tacks easier. I would imagine the 900 and the 1000 would be nice to have also depending on your weight .

I am getting the 700 for downwind gliding. This 800 was a demo and actually did well as an all-rounder for small surf and gliding but seemed a little big when conditions increased.

Broke at the screws, I was able to taxi in directly while sitting on board and foil

Yes the screws broke,I just happened to catch the foil before it sank.i was able to get the screws out of mast,all ended
