I live on the island of Oahu, Hawai’i - born and raised - and you do not spell Hawaiian with a V. When you pronounce the state of Hawai’i, the W is pronounced like a V; however, when referring to being Hawaiian or Hawaiian airlines, the W is pronounced like a W. My dad also works for Hawaiian airlines so I just want to let you know how to correctly pronounce and spell Hawaiian words. This is a great video, aside from the spelling error 😊

I remember taking UA to Hamburg back in 2016 on a 767. It really bums me out that they no longer fly there. I will still attempt to make a visit this summer.
Absolutely, the demand is definitely there, unfortunately the 767 was a little big for November, January and February and the 757 had to make frequent stops for fuel in the winter months, so they made the flight seasonal at the end, which does not work in a market like Hamburg (more Business, less leisure oriented). As the A321XLR fixes these issues I am certain we will see United return to Hamburg in a year or two.
