Hi what happens in those 1.telerotations, what are u asked? Cos medicine is really broad what if u asked things u hv no clue about 2.would u advice doing telerotations when u doing yo usmle journey (cos right now I'm a 3rd yr student n I'm planning on doing usmle when I'm working for funding purposes) instead of doing it when u in school esp. Since there is this thing of waived and unwaived 3. How can u request a personalized LOR cos u will be attending with others Thank u for making this video
Things you have no clue about is fine. You get to learn them and that's part of your rotation. I suggest doing rotations on fileds you have a basic knowledge about. Maybe after final year so that yoh can build upon the knowledge you have.
As per personalised LoRs you would need to find things that you can contribute to the coversation with camaraderie with your peers. You inputs and mannerism during rotations makes a great impact on the LOR

Actually my professor suggested me the book so my friend tried it out immediately and upon asking suggested me the exact opposite like not that interesting..I felt maybe she doesn't understand sci much..but when I tried the initial page just mesmerised me enuf that I can tell yes it's a fantastic book

It's a pretty good book. I just re-watched your retelling of the story because I haven't read this since high school. It would make a great movie along the lines of "The Good Son" mixed with a little "The Omen".
Hello Dr. Tanya! Can you pls tell me that does it matter from where one does mbbs from , in usmle ? I mean having like a very renowned university tag matter ?
Hwy Aishwarya, this question has two perspectives. First if you have seniors who are in a position of influence and can advocate for you yes the school name matters. Second if you have no red flag and a strong cv with good iv skills and hold the attention of your interviewer in those 10 mins. You won't need a renowned school name.
