My recently acquired 1958 International A-120 Travelette and it’s journey over the past month or so. It is one of the trucks that was used during the Airstream Capetown to Cairo caravan in 1959-60. I wanted one of these so bad but couldn’t find one that was setup as a restomod. My purpose was to drive it on a regular basis, but In it’s original form, the vehicle is rough on the body. I wound up getting a ‘65 Gladiator. It’s all modernized underneath but mostly original on the outside, but I still think the M715 is a better looking variation.
