Julie realizes travelling, or day trips may not be ideal or possible for everyone, so she will try to publish as much content as possible where viewers catch watch from home, but “feel like they are there”.

Journeys by Julie wants to give viewers the option to experience the sights and sounds of environments, so sometimes two versions of a video will be uploaded. One version may have the natural sounds, and another version may have commentary or music in the background.

Julie has been taking journeys her whole life, whether that be a walk in the woods with her neighborhood friends or taking a trip half-way around the world. She also grew up in the Niagara Region, which is a prime worldwide destination.
