I’ve heard it called the Landlord Special. Stripping every character from a home and slapping on a new coat of paint in the most “cost-effective” manner to get a place to be renter/buyer-friendly as quickly as possible. It’s what you expect from bottom-of-the-barrel house flippers and landlords who turn entire neighborhoods into Airbnbs or sardine can rentals. Siphoning an already shrinking and inaccessible housing market from younger generations. Now to be fair I don’t think it’s just millennials. Maybe older millennials and Gen X, but I know too many millennial friends who are still stuck as renters and are equally frustrated with the blandification of houses. A house should be homey, not resemble corporate offices.

the reason this hasn't gotten a part 3 yet is because I'm so heavily dreading the sun and moon fight. Also I have been very busy working, I got married, and we moved into a new house. (but the main reason is that i'm dreading the sun and moon fight... there really is no excuse). hopefully, i'll record a part 3 soon.

Hey your a cool person. I couldnt help but notice what your shirt says. Im not positive if that is what you personally believe but I wanted to make this comment to reach out to you and let you know that God loves you. His love is not like how you see in the world. His love is real and God does not go back on His Word. In this crazy world people will come and go but the only one who WILL stay is God our creator. I want to let you know that God is real and He created you with a purpouse through HIs Son. God is not a religion. God is a father to the fatherless and He is light. Jesus Christ is the Way the Truth and the Life. Youve probably heard it millions of times and MAYBE youve thought why are people telling me this if I dont need Jesus? But I share with you that we are all in desperate need of a savior and this is why. God created us to be with Him, But our sin separated us from Him because He is Holy and Just, there is so much evil and pain in the world because of that if you look and all the stuff happening its all a result of sin (sickness, separation, heart wounds, mental health) and on top of all that when God created hell He did not create it with the intention to judge us and put us there. The Bible, Gods word says "As surely as I live, says the Sovereign LORD, I take no pleasure in the death of wicked people. I only want them to turn from their wicked ways so they can live" Part of Ezekiel 33:11. He actually created Hell for the devil and his angels. Hell is not a fun place and the devil is not some cool guy that just wants to have fun. Jesus said that the devil came to kill, steal and destroy and since were made in God's image (His likeness/to be like Him) the devil hates us so he wants to see us go to hell, and he knows that since God is a just God he cant let everyone into heaven. A price would have to be paid for His creation to be with Him. That was how God made it to be. Thus He sent HIs only Son Jesus into the world knowing that we needed to be saved and He took the punishment of your sins my sins and everyones sins when He went on the cross. He never sinned once in His life but God made it so that Jesus would pay the penalty for our sins (lying, theiving, hate, unforgiveness, murder, etc) so that we would not have to in HELL. 3 Days later He rose to life and later on acended into heaven where He is preparing a place. Heaven is not filled with puffed up perfect people. Heaven is filled with unperfect forgiven people who recognized their need for a savior. We are all sinners worthy of hell fire but God gave us His son so we would not have to. ETERNAL LIFE WITH HIM IS FREE. All you need to do is put your trust and faith in Jesus. Its not a religion God wants to have a relationship with you through his son Jesus. We dont know when we will die please believe in Jesus when you read this. I was not raised in the curch going every sunday but God called me when I needed Him most. I wasnt looking for Him but he saw my need for a father and a friend and most importantly salvation from hellfire and saved me and freed me from pain and hatred. He can do it for you Please put your trust in Jesus Christ amen SALVATION IS FOR EVERYONE NOT FOR JUST CHURCH PEOPLE
