I am a self taught Calisthenics athlete. I started practicing in 2023 when I turned 41 years old. My goal is to share my journey to learning calisthenics skills and get strong but also help others learn. I want to show that age is only a number and you can start anytime, all you need is the determination to get better everyday.

Is this a hollow body variation? Or a V-sit or something entirely different? Looks tough!
@@321Tdog it’s a bold variation. You could also say it’s a hollow body hold variation, but it allows you to work on the core without having distress your back.
What are the rules for this challenge?

One thing I've struggled to do in the past and can't find much online is how to do weighted prisoner calf raises, feel dangerous to put a dumbbell behind my head. P.S. You always pick the best music for your videos

@@GomtiMehta I watched a video from [p]rehab about the best exercises for runners, one of them was prisoner calf raises, I found it too easy though so wanted to add weight to it

@@chrisspedling75 well the height of the box is almost at my hip length for me to step up with no kip and momentum or even with kip is super hard then someone who is taller. Their angle would be much lesser than me. Simple :)
