Skills for Growth is a recently developed project that offers more focused learning opportunities for members both in the areas of life skills and work skills. It will be a two-year learning programme for young school-leavers transitioning into adult life. We recognise that leaving school is a big milestone and that it can be initially challenging to deal with the changes that adult life brings.
It will focus on a variety of life skills and offer work experience in both our workshops on site and externally.
