Importance of a Food Diary, a Meeting Moment from PF Warriors.
That was a great explanation. It is exactly my situation. I was a former athlete. Low heart rate. Now I can get to 140 on the elliptical. Very uncomfortable feeling. Fortunately I recover in 2-3 minutes.
I was diagnosed with PF last June every day it's on my mind . I am still blowing normal on the lung function test still working , still lugging things around . But I feel worn out each day . I don't know weather it's lack of sleep or the PF . I'm sure time will tell. But at least you haven't blocked the comments like so many others do.
