Custom motorcycle Kawasaki Z1000
In this video, the footage is mostly time-laps format of custom motorcycle assembly. this kawasaki z1000 motorcycle was completely rebuilt. all parts repainted and restored or cleaned. this custom motorcycle has Harley-Davidson V-Rod rims and a custom sprocket and rear brake disc with flange underneath. the tail frame of the motorcycle is itself bent and welded from a pipe, and the side covers and the seat and tank are made by hand over it. the tank contains all the original instruments from the digital fuel gauge to the fuel pump. the motorcycle got a new handlebar and mirrors. the paint on the frame and other details was matte black powder paint, and on the tank and side covers matte re...

Muffler conversion Kawasaki Z1000
Просмотров 3145 месяцев назад
this video shows the stages of a custom motorcycle muffler rebuild. in addition, I removed the two end caps and cut the muffler pipes short. then I lifted them around in such a way that the ends of all came to one side under the bottom. originally there were two pipes on one side and two on the other side with separate ends. my wish was to make a custom solution, where the end cap is at the bot...

This video is a short summary of my custom motorcycle conversion. It is a Kawasaki Z1000 model with Harley-Davidson V-Rod rims, Dnepr motorcycle tank and diy seat, tail frame, side covers, front headlight mount and many more details. I don't know how to classify this motorcycle. I don't know if it is a custom scrambler or some other type. It is simply a conversion of a motorcycle completed in m...
Motorcycle engine aging technique
Просмотров 1625 месяцев назад
My custom kawasaki z1000 project is coming to an end and all that's left is to attach the painted parts. Since I didn't want to paint the engine and it was already looking a bit worn, I decided to age it by sanding it. I've done this before on my project scrambler and found this style to be perfect for this bike. I used m240 grit sandpaper on the engine cover with a lighter paint finish and m12...
Pull-out shelf for welding table.
Просмотров 10 тыс.7 месяцев назад
Since my garage is not too big and I really like to come up with various convenient solutions and I prefer tools within reach, it was decided to use the empty space under the welding table. I didn't want to make a separate frame or a shelf on wheels, because for bigger jobs it is necessary to pull the table away from the wall, and it would have been troublesome to move several large and heavy t...

Z1000 -fuel tank conversion-

This video shows the beginning and design direction of my custom motorcycle project this winter. I bought some Harley-Davidson v-rod rims years ago and have been collecting ideas on how to use them. Under a V-rod they are rather common and tend to be replaced, but for a custom naked bike they fit super well and look fresh in my opinion. The Kawasaki z1000 was chosen because it has a powerful en...

Upgrade it with roller bearing on the side so it can roll freely.
I didn't want to go that way, because if I had to move the table around the room, the drawers would open. or the locking mechanism must also be made.
nice built brother.
Thank's ...
Worst video no startup no walkaround.
Thank you for the feedback! I am still learning the art of good video editing and the direction of filming interesting material. So all the advice is good.

Amazing bro.. Good luck ❤
Thanks!

Thanks!
Hrm.. I think I might be too weird about cleaning aluminum workpieces before I weld.. I didnt see old boy use acetone or red scotch brite even once, and his welds look decent enough. Shrug
PS - using green electrodes?
well, that's because it's not aluminum. 🤓
oh. well /thats/ needlessly heavy, then. looks like 18G or 19G. but on the plus side, it will rust alot easier?
I had one GSX600F. Reliable.
I have to agree, served me for a long time and now my older son. the bike is still alive.
That's a fabulous solution, I like it very much. Thanks for sharing.
thanks, I don't have an excessively large garage and then you have to be resourceful when using the space.
Looks good but Where you get those exhaust pipes you took off
these mufflers are aftermarket ones that he already had when I bought this bike. but in order to switch to one instead of two pipes, I cut all the pipes from the bottom and lifted them in different ways until I could fit all the ends more or less where I needed them. luckily didn't have to bend any. there was enough space next to the crankcase to fit the shortened muffler and it's almost done.
Cool Beans! 🔥 😃
What do you mean ... Beans?
Cool Man! Looks Great! 🔥
Thanks! I like weird staff.
@@garagevok me too! Vans Rule! And that roof rack is super cool!

Väga hullu puurimist ei olnudki. Aga muidu väga tore film. Lõuna-Eesti on ikka kruusateede paradiis Eesti kontekstis.
Mis sa seal ikka puurid, kui on õigesti valitud trajektoor ja piisavalt hoogu😁
Päris äge Ikka:)
Äge kant jah!
Which parts are this and were ? Looks fun, :-)
absolute goals for metalwork. Nice job dude!!
Thanks... my first metalbending project.
What did you use to cut the holes? Hole saw?
No, drill.
Nice work bro ❤️
Thanks!
Make more vedios bro❤️
Did not have a garage for few years... but will continue now🤓
@@garagevok Ok brother😊❤️
HF deluxe Ka side penal bana sakate hai aap steel material me ?
you can make anything out of metal, but I still need a motorcycle within arm's reach to do something.
What's the thickness of sheet metal
1mm
do you have a design you are aiming for or are you just creating it as you go along?
Hi Christian! I wanted to experiment with sheet metal bending and square shapes that would support the original frame shape and rim spokes of this motorcycle. according to the design, the end result should be smooth, but simple with special details.
awesome
Thanks!
Wow dude, that's some great metalwork. I looks real futuristic. I'm keen to stick around and see how the project comes out.
thanks! this time I thought of approaching it a little differently and making everything from scratch.
