Very beautiful player

Wow
Que datos tan interesantes. Yo nací en los 90's a mediados. Pero sueño con tener un gramofono

Hello! Thank you for the video! Very helpful. Could you please tell me about the oil spray that you used as a release agent in the video?
WD-40 or alike
Again, i'm just wondering how the project is going?
It works wonderfully! I have already made several replicas of non standard screws and it is just what I was looking for.
Ah-ha ... Bueno! I've been off line a while, was wondering how it is working... Nice to be able to make whatever you need!
Anyway, today, just wondering how the project is going?
Un video francamente bello. Didáctico y sintético. Mis respetos. Saludos cordiales desde Chile
Quien canta la canción?
Que maravilla!! Me suscribo a tu canal amigo. Un saludo.

Amazing update to the lathe for thread cutting. It's lovely and simple but very effective that allows so many thread types to be cut. A great job.
Beautiful record players😅
The square shoulder 'fence bolts' are also known as carriage bolts and coach bolts
13:20 Pedro, notches = keyway, the groove for a square key to drive the rotation of the gear. Very nice work, by the way.
What a beautiful machine
Very nicely made, thank you for sharing.
Just found your channel and Subscribed. Very nice work
Hi Pedro! Landed here after reading of your thread cutting attachment on the Model Engineering list. I'm retired now, but did clock and watch restoration for around 12 years. It was always such a problem to deal with a badly done repair, you just wish that folks who don't know what to do would just leave the poor thing alone. Looks like you're well into a challenging project here, off to see part three as soon as I hit comment. Thanks for the videos on this, I'll have to sit down and watch all your other posts over the next month or so! Cheers, Stan from the ME List.
Pedro; I've been thinking about doing this for my larger Lorch lathe, and I came up with an idea about gearing... I think that you can use bicycle gearing, as the chain rings and rear sprockets are available in almost any tooth count, more easily than gears, and, with three sprockets and two chains, a huge selection of ratios available, and really easy to change, especially if you have the sprockets set up in "common" ratios... I figured an inch to metric conversion ratio, for one range, and then you only need a few for the common thread pitches, especially metric... And, also, easy to set up for threading away from the headstock! It's just a thought...
Hi Lohi Your idea could work. The only challenge using bicycle sprockets and chains is how to reverse the direction of the feedscrew. The idler gear on mine is for doing that.
If you have a large idler sprocket, and "wrap" the chain over the driven sprocket(s), you can just have the driven sprocket be on the "top" or "bottom" run of the chain, kind of flipping the idle above or below the driven sprocket...
That's a very well executed tool, well done. Did you make the transmission shaft and its universal joints yourself, or buy it, and if so, where from?
I bought it. Drop me a line to pedrofono@pedrofono.es and I will send you the link
Very impressive. Actually considerably better than the original equipment - no ball races on the original Schaublin device. Well done.
Nicely done, thanks for sharing!

This is the best phonograph restoration I have ever seen.
Thank you!
You did absolutely fantastic restoration job it's a pity you didn't buy it off your friend 😀

Hola Pedro! I do have the same problem with the tube on my Columbia AT model phonograph… 🙄 it still holds but the pot metal already has some cracks and some parts missing… 😢
That's why I'm making these parts new and they are been sold really quickly
@@PedroFono Muy bien ! Drop me a line when you’re done I’d like to take one of these… 👍🏻🥰🙏🏻 muchas gracias ☺️
Absolutely amazing Pedro!!!
A little scuffed but impressive given the age of the piece and the recording
I saw your comment on the music machine post and wanted to learn more about these things so I searched and find your video lol

Excelente video
It looks like it is super easy to do, but it is amazingly difficult to get those results.
As in many other things, practice makes perfect.
