While it looks great and manages to keep temps consistent, for the love of god it won't keep consistent humidity if you hold a gun at its head. Just put a hygrometer at each shelf. I set mine at 75% just to keep the bottom shelf at 62% while mid is around 68% and top is 74%. And every hour or so those numbers can vary in a range of 10% up or down. My ambient room humidity is more stable and uniformly distributed than that thing. And no amount of bovedas or moving stuff for airflow fixes it, it's a horrible product.

im sorry but This whole process of tapping it on the face is unnecessary. I just reach in tap the snakes body with my hand and then take her out. if your really scared of cage aggression in ball pythons just use a separate tub for feeding. that way there's no mice smell in the cage and the snake never has an expectation to see mice in their enclosure therefore they don't confuse your hand for a mouse while your cleaning. DONT BE AFRAID OF YOUR BALL PYTHON LOL

I have an older version of this lighter and I hate it. It needs a special adapter to fill it, that is very hard to use and spills fluid everywhere. I put a review on Amazon reporting this, but they refused to post it.
