She becomes a lady because he treats her as one. This is a theme in My Fair Lady as well.
Magnificent!
Este musical deberian volver a dar en la television donde se ve a reales maestros de la actuacion un gran pelicula q recuerdos haberla visto cuando chico junto a mi padre q grandes momentos
It sucks because every other version or cover of this song just doesn’t get that personal sound. This just feels so real like the mad ravings of a love struck cook who wishes to please his angel. Plus the mocking in this feels even more cutthroat.
When "Sound of Music" was in circulation, I saw the film on a small projector in a recreation hall on a military base. When the gazebo scene happened ("Somewhere In My Youth or Childhood"), the soldiers groaned and carried-on like the bar flies in Dulcinea's inn. I was only about 14-15 at the time. You can go to rock concerts and see thousands of males there . . . most of them looking for an easy target. In one ear and out the other.
"Les Miserables'" candy-man looks like O'Toole.
Such forthright expression of tenderness reveals those who are embarrassed by the best in people because they are not giving the best of themselves. They feel called out for their emotional laziness and resort to making fun of those brave enough to love openly and live "foolishly." Don Quixote's bravery is to live according to his ideals, dreamy though they may be, to see life as it should be, to not be seduced by a failure of imagination.
would she sue him for sexual harassement
I don't care much for musicals, but I really love this one.
I once loved a girl named Dulcinea Estrella Medina.
Sync is so over rated.
aviduser1961 lol. Agreed.
Classic!
I DO NOT THINK DULCINEA IS THAT MUCH INTO DON QUIXOTE
She is realistic
She wasn't, until he proved to her that he was real. A lot of unhappiness between this scene and that one at the end of the play.
DULCINEA IS REALLY BEAUTIFUL
he colled her with another name... which was not her ... He remembered her from another life but she not .....realy....
Love the actors, but this film should have been made with people who can sing.
He sings the impossible dream but i think that is the only one.
sorry Dauglas Mcniel, Peter Otoole didn't sing, he helped choose the singer who sang whilst he mimed.x
Peter O'Toole can sing but chose not to.
He convinced me that she is a princess in this song.
What is Important is to HIM, She was!
love is good
Hasta en Harapos Sophia Loren Se ve Espectacular, y casi Nada Interpretando al Amor Imposible de ese Loco Maravilloso Don Quijote de La Mancha su Enamorada Dulcinea.
Just wonderful...
The story of Christ. ( the mad knight) Peace!
when people pass away it amuses me that some people ....with time on their hands ...have to rush to youtube to write r i p lol
R.I.P. Master O'Toole.
Oh my Lord, Sophia Loren is soooo beautiful. They just don't seem to make women like this anymore.
The problem is that now they actually make them out of silicons and plastics. A llittle bit here, a little more there. Sophia was all natural!
She was my 1st movie star crush - Raquel Welsh being another
