what system is this being built on?

This is not the smallest ship possible. The smallest ship possible is The Armstrong 10 cockpit, followed by a companion way, underneath the companionway is the flipped 100dp slim docker, directly behind that is the ship bed 200 landing bay, flipped. Above the companionway is the 330t stellarator reactor. Directly behind the reactor is the Helios 100 grave drive. On both sides of the reactor are the 100g he3 tanks. On both sides of the Grave Drive are the white dwarf 1000 engines. Attached to the companionway on either side is the Hope 6 landing gear - Port aft. The ship has no Shields and no weapons. Not counting the cockpit the fuel tanks, the engines, and the landing gear it is 2 long, two high, and 1 wide. It is a value of under 5,000. If you remove one engine and one tank it gets even smaller, but it's not symmetrical. This is the absolute smallest and cheapest you can build any ship.

I did not think of that. I been packing everything into my ship. Trying for the low profile. Then again, having a mobile station sounds fun. I will try that on my next build. I had this weird ship that I been trying to make use of those large 3*3 and not have a shoots and ladders going all over the place. Way too many ladders and deadends.

Put the grav drive behind the reactor and add a 2nd engine where the grav drive was and the aft double ball fuel tank. It will be way faster.

The lack of symmetry is troubling. Would you consider trying to make the smallest practical ship?

Is it just me or has anyone noticed their is another secret room in the room with the table as you walk in it’s on the left the space is in the room is smaller than it should be if you look outside their must be a room behind the bookcase.

Why is your Sarah non wife wearing a pretty dress and your wife andrea still in her normal clothes? My wife sarah is still in her normal story clothes from the beginning. Good ship layout though, even with the ladder. Engineering does nothing for stats so I always just leave those out completely. I hate ladders though. So my ships are always 1 layer for the normal cockpits, or 2 layers using that Cabot bridge. Then I stack cargo layers and fuel and components on top of it. I like the way you did your build. That is how I do it as well. Get all my spines and cross passageways and then layout all my habs as I want them to be using those passageway pieces I picked up on the way to red mile or my personal landing pad. Then I build the rest of the ship around that.
