I have a very typical journey with POD where I was sold on all you have to do is create digital products to make money and of course it’s never that easy so as you could imagine I had little success. Since then I have started side hustles away from POD and while I was able to generate 4-8k months my goal is to start a real business that can become my full time interest! I have been following your videos for quite some time and am ready to invest as much time as I can into making a real business with POD. I have always been linked to entrepreneurship, always trying to get out of the rat race, so I have tried several businesses in my life and none of them has worked (Amazon FBA, Affiliate Marketing, Trading, Wine Shop, ...), but, as they say, I have learned a lot. This year I came across POD by chance and I think it is what best fits with the idea I had of a lasting and different activity to that of computer engineer, to which I want to dedicate myself in the future. I'm glad I found your channel through HelloCustom and Jessie's interview. I first found POD in 2016, launched a few products, and then was sidetracked by pregnancy, a newborn, getting laid off from my corporate job while on maternity leave, and becoming a stay-at-home mom. I made a few sales even while not adding new listings, and went back to POD in 2018. I've been working on it on and off since then, with total revenue of about 45k on Etsy and 125k on Amazon. I'm not going back to corporate, it's too important for me to have a flexible schedule for my family. My youngest is now 2 and in preschool part-time, so I have more free time to focus on POD again. I've found that the ways I used to get to where I am - throwing spaghetti at the wall - aren't working the best anymore. I would love your training and coaching to skip past a lot of the trial and error and really target the activities that will move the needle.

Hi Jesse, I have been watching your content for a little while (I started listening to you when my sister opened her POD Etsy shop), and after re-listening a few times now to your videos, I worked on and completed my master list for my product and analysed 21 shops. Thank you for all you share in helping us make our businesses successful! I enjoy your content. I am a new 6-month-old shop selling with a focus on one digital product. It has been quite the learning curve, and I have made 7 sales with one 5-star review. Whoo hoo! Not being able to use digitally produced elements to resell as a digital product has been frustrating, so there has been a lot of stopping and starting as I pivot when needed, learn new skills and overcome obstacles. You have the product within ICP for which I am creating the digital product. However, I would be entirely new to POD. I would love to be able to create my designs, personalise them, have them fulfilled, and have a fulfilment partner ship them worldwide! I want to grow the business and eventually bring my daughter on the Etsy journey with me. She is so creative and has struggled to find full-time work. I have been self-employed for the last 18 years, looking for a career change. Hi Jesse. I was so excited when I received the email yesterday indicating I had been accepted into the ICP program; however, my feathers fell once I realized the cost was beyond my budget. My story mirrors Jackie’s who you interviewed in your previous video. After 30 years in the corporate world, I went through a layoff and I am also caring for ill, elderly parents. I really need to focus on a business that allows me the flexibility to continue to care for them and not go back into the corporate arena. I am at somewhat of a crossroads in life. I have been interested in print on demand for over a year now. I am in 'information overload'. I have watched hundreds of print on demand tutorials/videos, but not until finding your channel have I really felt this is the program and direction for me. The free online course you provided was very thorough, detailed and easy to follow. This type of blueprint and guidance is exactly what I am needing for my print on demand journey to success. Hi I’m Shannon. I filled out an application for ICP a few months ago and was approved but was unable to afford the price point. My husband and I are separated. We have 3 kids all live with me, 2 with ADHD. I first opened my store when the Life Hacker Couple were teaching lots of free content on RUclips. I had to take a break on it but I made some printable to sell in my store. The last 3 months I have been putting in full time hours on my store and re vamped it to where I am selling personalized ornaments. If I could get into the ICP I would put in even more hours. I am working as a substitute teacher right now and on my days I don’t have sub work I am designing and researching with Everbee and Canva. I printed out business cards from Staples to share with coworkers, it has a QR code to my store and friends and family discount. This is word of mouth advertising plan, to get some people I know to buy and get some more reviews before peak shopping season. If you read this far thanks for the time consideration!

Great Video. Just a question Jesse, do you plan to partner with eg Printify for the folks who don’t want to buy into your course because they are already running their successful Etsy store but would like for eg ornaments full filled with gift boxes etc because on printify it’s not possible to get boxes for your ornaments and as I’ve noticed packaging makes a huge difference in conversion! Hello Jesse, thank you so much for this huge opportunity that will change someone’s life. At first I worked on T-shirt POD with no creativity about designing but I uploaded it on other platforms until I gave up because it's such a competitive world. My story with Etsy started around July 2020. Then I changed to digital products like journaling, planning, svg, wraps, png cliparts and with the budget limiting I couldn’t list so many products and run a high amount of ads. Today I’m focusing on tumbler wraps file and png cliparts and if there’s a chance I want to scale my designs into physical products. All the past 4 years on a scale of 10 I’ve always been at 3-4 compared to my highest expectation. I couldn’t get anywhere because I’m struggling with both the external world which is the market and the internal world which is my mental health and my attitude. I’m always afraid that my design won’t be good enough, when I think it’s good it won't sell as I expected, which trend should I focus on, where is my energy, why there were so many distractions, what’s wrong with me, what would my family think about me, I know enough but why my body couldn’t move. All of these accumulate into a chronic stress that I wasn’t aware of. I thought I was ok but my body said otherwise until it showed up as a disease. Late this year since I’ve been practicing meditation, mindfulness, and dhamma I started to get better, pulled myself together and decided what I want and what I don’t want instead of living under the subconscious mind that always pulled me back to the same place because of fear. I decided to post my story because I want to win the prize even though I'm still afraid of the challenges I must face if I was selected is one thing, but more important thing is I want to try exposing myself to the outer world, I don’t want to get 90 heart rate just by commenting on youtube worring what other people will think of me. I want to be part of the community because all along I quite kept myself in my tiny world. I know how powerful the community is. They’re sharing, encouraging, and helping like you, other coaches, and other sellers do on youtube. We all have our own stories, we’re fighting, we need help, and what you give here, I really am appreciated. My print-on-demand journey began in 2020. At the time, I didn’t know much about the business, which led me to put my store in vacation mode as I figured things out. I eventually shifted focus and launched a digital shop, which has been very successful. Now, with more knowledge and experience, I’m excited to dive back into POD with renewed energy and commitment. My journey truly started long before 2020. In 2012, I found myself in a challenging situation when I was wrongly implicated due to my ex-husband’s actions and served seven and a half years in prison. During that time, I earned my college degree and took entrepreneurship courses, determined to rebuild my life upon my release. Since coming home in December 2019, I’ve been in overdrive, working full-time at a great company, but my ultimate goal is to work from home and focus entirely on my POD and digital business. I believe your course would be instrumental in helping me reach that goal, providing the knowledge I need to grow and succeed. Hi Jesse, I started my POD journey on June 2023. I’m so determined to make my business work that I have been working hard and listing almost every day since I started. My ultimate goal is to quit my corporate job to do this full time and I’m ready to do whatever it takes. This is an amazing gift! I’m actually a watercolor artist and have been doing Etsy full time for a year. I started implementing some POD items into my shop at the beginning of summer and have found a small level of success with blankets, crib sheets, and other personalized baby/kid items. Jesse, I have had a shop since June 2023 and working steadily away. Currently have 1300 listings and 12K revenue overall. My story started back in 2022 when my daughter was born. At that time I just returned back from maternity leave to my part time job to help my husband pay his student load and our debts. Hi Jesse, I am commenting for the opportunity to win a spot in your program. My story: I decided to open an Etsy store at the end of 2022 - with no direction I jumped from low margin digital products, to POD t-shirts, and then finally to handmade products because I wanted faster results and higher margins. I invested in a coach at the end of April 2023 and saw results really quickly. By September I was having consistent 10k months and by April 2024 I was able to quit my full time job (salary of 100k). This was HUGE for me to leave behind as I always thought hitting 100k in corporate was a big milestone. The issue was that when I received my last promotion I realized that I was unfulfilled. Fast forward to today, although I am happier than I was in corporate I am kicking myself in the butt for not believing in my original POD journey and letting the "saturated market" excuse get the best of me. I am now slowing things down in my handmade business and setting 100% of my sites on POD, our family dream is for me to homeschool my children next year and within the next 5 years have enough digital nomad status to travel the US with our family in a camper van. I am in a place where I am 10000% and then some ready to take this seriously and I know that your program + my ambition will get me there. Hi Jesse, iv had my Etsy shop for 7 yrs and have done pod for the past 3, im at a point where I have confidence in research seo and design skills and I do get moderate sales that have decreased over time …more recently AI for my other digital shop which is actually getting off to a great start ….i just have a problem with how I started out with pod I have mixed designs all over the place some are terrible early ones and even though I’m trying to gradually retire these designs I’m still left with 800 or so listings and half of them are non converting so in turn bringing down my shop (had 1300) i just want to be able to focus on one product and really go for it! I feel like when I was learning the ropes of pod I made all the cliche mistakes and it is very hard to undo but I’m trying! I’m doubling down on what’s working currently from stats so hoping to find real success. Iv had experience with ads just taking money with not much results even though I was turning off non relevant keywords …so currently don’t have them turned on… Iv done this for a long time and will never give up 😅

I’m Madilyn👋 I started POD in August when I became a single Mom and was determined to find a way to support me and my daughter without putting my daughter in daycare and have her be raised by someone else while I go work a 9-5. Prior to this I was a SAHM but in an emotionally abusive relationship. I started with tshirts and sweatshirts and got a few sales but at the beginning of October I found your ornament POD course video and followed your action plan for ornaments. Since then I’ve been able to put up 150 ornaments since the beginning of October and so far I’ve had 1 sale for ornaments but am hoping to see more this November and December. I am so motivated to make this work for me. I’m transitioning to start thinking about more evergreen products aside from tshirts but feel so limited with printify product category and other Etsy sellers pricing. It’d be a blessing to get to work with ICP. My mindset is there. This is going to work for me. I’ve even told some friends and family I’m going to make my living on Etsy and they look at my crazy but I know I can do anything for my daughter. She’s my why.

Jesse - I think I may have done something similar for ICP, and was selected, but that was for me to invest in the course, and at this juncture in my life/POD journey that is currently not possible as I am building my POD business on Etsy and beyond from a shelter for the unhoused where I've been living for the past year & a half. I started this in April with a different store name & not much of a niche. I have since pivoted and decided to focus on products of interest to cat Moms & Dads, and that can be used as gifts from family & friends to those individuals.

I've owned a home service business for 15 years. Last year, I took some time off to figure out what was the next chapter of life, which turned out to be design, internet marketing, and ETSY. Back in 2011, I ran a fishing themed FB page and sold hoodies/shirts using the archaic Magento CMS. Fast forward to 2024... I reconnected with a friend from an online gaming community who runs a top POD business on Etsy (the irony of life!). He planted the idea of starting my own POD business in January 2024 and has been mentoring me since AUG 2024. I launched the first product end of AUG. I'm now approaching 130 sales and excited to see what comes next. In fact we were just talking about how NOV/DEC should create the snowball effect for 2025. This vid was perfect timing! I actually found your channel while doing some research. I was like I gotta provide value for my mentor/friend/gaming buddy since hes been so insanely helpful.. plus Jesse doesn't have that big of a channel and provides insane value! Turns out, when I mentioned you , he said, "Yeah, I already know Jesse! Make sure to watch all his stuff" Thanks for your videos! Hi Jessie, I started my POD last year and I’ve done fairly well! I have a total of 308 sales and I have two listing that made it well. One made it to the popular section on Esty and the other made it on bestseller. Your video is what made that happen because I saw your video and how to better SEO applied it and it worked!!!!
