Hi, I am planning on building some timber frame homes, can I ask if your funding investors have any issues with paying up front typically 90% cost before the house is delivered to site? I'm struggling to find investors who are comfortable with this set up. Great first video keep up the good work. Regards Keith
That's not what we call "Timber frame" where I come from. It's just stick-built wall panels.
frame is made of timber... id guess you think timber frame refers to a post and beam construction

Lol! No building code on this earth classifies this type of residential building as ‘stick-built wall panels’. Trust me, timber frame is the right description. You’re wrong by thinking ‘timber frame’ and ‘post & beam’ are the same thing.
Very good video and explanation. I know its easier said than done but the more detail you can show on how it is fixed, what is is fixed to and the method of fixing the better.

Hi, great video! We're in the process of buying a newbuild which is timber built with brick on the outside. I'm struggling to find anything on sound proofing and whether it is considerably worse than a traditional build. Just wondering if you have any thoughts or advice? Property is a detached so it will just be external sound (although internal sound from individual rooms could be an issue).
unless u live next to a motorway should be fine, brickwork pretty soundproof

Hi, that was great video. Would you advise buying a timber framed house with brick cladding in the UK? What questions would you ask a builder to clarify whether it’s going to be well built house?
Hi, glad you enjoyed the video. Depends on how good the installer/developer is at weather detailing the key areas like around the windows and doors. Typically the standard detail in the UK for brickcladding isn't ideal for reducing the thermal bridge (heat loss). Are looking to buy a house already built or are you have one built?

Thanks Lads. Do you need a P Trap to connect to the drain? Or straight down into the drain?
Tou only need to trap a gully if it is going into sewage to avoid odours
When you joint them together do we have to apply glue?
Hi thanks for taking the time to watch our video, the actual drainage channels just clip together and don’t require any glue. I hope this answers your questions.
