Episode Twenty-Seven: The Star Wars Hasbro 2009 Walmart Exclusive Dewback and Sandtrooper
I'm glad you have the POTF figures of Luke Stormtrooper and R2-D2 w/pop up lightsaber MOC. I buy my TVC figures on Amazon instead of Ebay and shipping is free and you can return them if there's something wrong with them.
I like what you are doing! keep it up it up. It will grow!
This was definitely a great update for the X-Wing. They also refined it a bit more in Luke's newer Red 5 and Antoc Merrick's X-Wing. I have the latter and also Bigg's X-Wing but not a Biggs figure. Oh well... I also still have my Luke's Red-5 that was packaged with the Dagobah elements, which I got--for free!--from a supervisor nearly 20 years ago. And I agree about Poe's X-Wing--the mechanism to open and close the wings is perfect and should be adapted to future Vintage Collection X-Wings. Thanks for this!
I have a pretty similar R2-D2 from the “Galaxy of Adventures” line, is one of my favorite figures
Yes, disappointed that they destroyed it. But still can't get my head wrapped around what they replaced it with. (Space A-Team van for classic sports car?) Not that the show allowed him to do much "Bounty Hunting" as it progressed.
Looks cool. Should have a holster though
Agreed
I missed the original release of this, but was able to get one a couple years ago. That helped start the snowball down the collecting hill.
I just purchased one on eBay an hour ago for $505 total. Pretty good deal I thought.🎉
I had one of these for a while, I sold it and a lot of other stuff from my collections when the fruit of bidenomics hit harder than I expected. I think I got $150 for it... all of the extras were still sealed.
I sold my carded figures from the Crest for the same reason 😕 Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do…
@@StarWarsIntrigued indeed. hope you're doing better now, I've started a new, better paying job since then and I think my Christmas present to myself will be another one of these...
😉👍
Love the imperial cruiser hallway! I hope they could make a set with the bridge of the ship
Just picked this bad boy up for $10 bones @ target 🔥 all day!!! Maybe the best Vader figure yet!!!
Agreed!
Top notch presentation duder 🎥👌🏽 luv tha gifs, intercuts yada...obvs I'm also partial to ur selection of vintage SW 3.75 toys, many of which I still own and treasure. Here in uk, we have a strange cult of tvc collectors who simp for the Bossk Bounty channel, ie. affluent, middle aged men who HOOVER UP 100% of every (x2, for loose and on card) single piece of retooled plastic Hasbro now offer. It's a sad indictment of their lives that ppl will follow this shill behaviour like lemmings, but thankfully we also have new channels like yours to bring balance to the hobby! Thank you! 👍🏼🎬🙏💙
Thank you for your comment! We have dear friends in the UK in Sheffield and Rotherham! 😃👍
A very fun pack that I got while working at Toys R aus and since I live in Quebec 🇨🇦 the law forbid to sell English only package so I had to do a store to store transfer so I ordered pack #1 and 2
Hi! What's the size?
He is the standard 3.75 inch figure
Very cool!!
I'd be more interested in this thing if it wasn't $200 US!
I had this thing, I got it from a flea market loose, but relatively complete, for like 40$ about 6-7 years ago. I traded it to a friend about a year after I got it for some Joe stuff. it was neat, I was surprised at the amount of play features it had, and it's sheer scale. it was a bit of a pain to get home on the back of a motorcycle! I love the Naboo stuff, I displayed it flanked by a pair of N-1 starfighters. I wish this one was more popular, but it was an expensive toy when new, not many parents could afford it. I wanted this or a Millennium Falcon as a kid, and I got the falcon because it was around $50, where this thing was a whopping $100!
paint it chrome
Im curious to further know WHY these are 'non-openers'. In particular, why is Taym Dren-Garen a 'non-opener'?
I try to keep unique characters on card… I have several more I didn’t show ‘cuz I didn’t want to make a three hour video. Tam is a unique character as he was part of a four pack only… I am thinking three-five years down the road he’s going to be tough to get
I remember standing in line waiting for Target to open so I could get that for my son in 1999.
The royal naboo starship was in 1999 the equivalent of the millenium falcon back in 1979. So many cool festures I remember when I bought it I spent many hours playing with the features was so much fun. Until the new version of the falcon in 2008 this was the toy to own. My only regret is it would have. Been cool to chrome the toy
Dude!!! Absolutely love the old school Sesame Street intro! Great video review 👍
huh they actually improved and made a very good ship model for a toy. i like how they learned from the new toys that were out to add extras and new things that the falcon didnt have. But the X wing and the Falcon are what i had as a kid and i liked them :D (B Wing and pretty much all the star wars toys were amazing but could only have a bit loool)
good review dude !
Nice recarded figures!
Naming a droid "be too emo" is pretty funny.
Looks great!
I love the reveals, but I just wish that Moff Gideon's Imperial Cruiser Hallway playset could be cheaper! I recently bought a few more Tantive IV Hallway Diorama playsets and they were almost half of the price of this preorder for the Imperial Cruiser Hallway playset!
1:26 2:34 = I would advise *_not_* doing this to your viewers (esp. ones w/ Pets & sleeping children in their vicinities* (* approx. i.e. 1/2 your viewers)
I appreciate the comment and I will be more mindful in the future with this consideration...
Is that all of them ??
No… I have lots more, but didn’t want to make a three hour video lol
Excellent action figure of Darth Vader!
I purchased two of this version. It’s my all time favorite. If you want to see some cool pics of it and more check my photo link.
Good video!!! 👏👏
Absolutely 💯 Excited to continue watching each video you release man. Your videos are mint & straight to the point. 😊❤
Awesome overview. Bravo 👏
Beautiful Score. 😊. I have 3. 😊❤lucky me. 😊
Incredible piece! A must have!
Clean model! ❤😎
I have this Tie Bomber as well
Great review! Love the video
I had a Star Wars skiff like 30 years ago. dunno what version it was but it was in a box. I think I paid like $300 for it back then which was a hefty price.
I just custom made my own DV with removable helmet for my vintage loose collection, but I am still going to purchase a SS Darth Vader w coin and leaving it moc card. Awesome video 👍
Great View Video. 😊
Thanks! 😊
I own three of these and it’s a masterpiece. One is displayed with the action feature options and the other two are classic features. It’s a gem. Many years ago Kmart had vehicle two packs in shrink wrap and I found two bundles containing 4 speeders. It was a golden age of has to era vehicles in my opinion
I completely agree
Are you on Instagram yet ??
Not yet...
Where do you buy it?!?
Got mine off of eBay
It came with 2 harpoon cannons. The one with the rope and harpoon was a big one and you needed to replace that small one.
Is this the oldest item you have: 1978? 👍
Oh no... :)
Beautiful video ❤
I regret missing out on this.
