My son is a bit down this Christmas I am in another state and can't get home. The kids are going to their mum's. I said put on some John Farnham. It used to work when you were a kid. He texted me back a few hours later saying. " I forgot and you are right" Thank you again John.

I remembered to saying to my mum play again , again ...and again on the pick up, I had 2 or 3 years ... I ask my mum who is singing: John Franham ,i remember the disc with a face and grey colour. Anyway i forgot everything for 15 tears until i saw something on tv with his song...and i was : whait i know my first fav song since i was born ... I ask my brother if what i remember is true , he remember everything and he cry when he heard the song and thank me for this song ! 🎵 🎉

When I was younger my mum listened to John all the time. I gave just turned 67 and listening to him brightens my whole day.

I just wish I was old enough to see this when it was happening. I did get to see Anthony as the Phantom years later, and both John and Olivia in their Two Strong Hearts tour... but not this.

Anthony's voice, after his bout of cancer and aging, has developed a depth he didn't have as a youngster even though his vocals were always excellent! I wish he'd release more CDs.

My stepfather had his record in 1986 and when I was sick and home from school I played it on the record player ... made sure it was put back the way I took it, now I'm in my early 50's I read his book he is the best ... !

Amazing show. It's bitter sweet missing Olivia and now John from the scene. Another Aussie comes to mind for all the beautiful songs he left us. Peter Allen lives on in his music. We were blessed with so much talent.

Amongst my Play School, Thomas the Tank Engine and Bananas In Pyjamas VHS tapes, the VHS tape tape for this concert was also on high rotation. So many classic hits.

I've just turned 69 and this beautiful man has been in my life forever...he soothes my anxiety and sends my heart soaring ...so glad I can watch him forever.... Love you John....you are in our hearts and minds ❤

Traveling to Brisbane over from Vic to Expo 88 was my school's camp ,our teachers kept this concert as a surprise, Expo and John ,s concert on the Brisbane river was a great experience.

What a brilliant concert! This has made me reflect on my memories - I worked in Wollongong for a while and remember Anthony (his home town) being there for an anniversary concert. I also remember watching John Farnham singing Sadie the Cleaning Lady when I was very young on black and white TV on a Saturday morning - and I was also at the Melbourne Civic Square (prior to the Federation Square) when Olivia visited her home town. Such good memories.
