The 1st quality of a dogo is loyalty to a family. They want to be involved in everything you're doing. If the family goes, they want to go. They must receive training and access to other dogs at a young age. The training is imperative to begin as a puppy, but they're so cute it's tempting to give in to their little habits. Don't. They're floppy kids at home, and love to play with everyone. So many videos have them fighting. Anyone that would do that deserves prison. They're bred for loyalty, family and hunting. If you do your part, you'll have the best dog in the world. If you don't, shame on you. Dogos are also very muscular, and require a great bit of exercise. No one who watches tv as a hobby should have a dogo, it's not right. They require stimulation, dont kennel them. They also suffer separation anxiety (which can cause them to chew and tare things up, its sad because their hearts need company.) So they do best with a second dog. Just make certain they're either already very accustomed to other dogs, or introduce them when very young. They will be gentle with even the smallest dog, if you do. Only a dogo owner can understand how wonderful they are. Even then, it's difficult to describe how big their hearts are. Lastly, you never need to raise your voice to them, they have extremely shatter-able feelings with their owner. You can look at them sternly and they'll quickly repent. You'll have to comfort them, in fact. But, that's only the owner. anyone else they could care less about, and wouldn't flinch if they screamed at full level. Wouldn't suggest allowing them to think you're threatened tho. If there's domestic abuse in the house, they WILL take quick comtrol over it, so DON'T put them in that situation. Don't get one just because you want a bad ass dog, get them for a mutual relationship, because that's what they're bred for.

A Rottweiler will not damage a spotted hyna even a pitbull or Argentino doggo but a kangal And mastiff alabai has a small chance hyenas are tough enough to take lion bites repeatedly no dogs can survive a direct lion bite but a hyena can and they had a bite force of 1200+ psi while a strongest bite of a dog species is 700-730 the outcome of that fight is the rottweiler will be howling and crying knowing that it cant stop a spotted hyena just one bite of the hyena and its over for rottweiler even it keeps biting back the hyena the hyena wont stop ragdolling that dog like a toy the only advantage of the rottweiler is to intimidate the hyena even Argentino pitbull can beat a rottweiler but no dog has a chance of beating a hungry spotted hyena One eats from a bowl and one kills to eat to survive
