that part was sampled from eclapricious' explorers of sky run, specifically the part where the partner needs to be cheered up in the future arc when i played thru that part, it rly touched me and i consider it the moment that most connects to me, esp because pretty much every other scene (the don't ever forget scene, grovyle sacrifice, etc. scenes) were spoiled like 10 years ago to me so it's actually a miracle i never knew about that part until my recent playthru (i've been playing it on and off for like 10 years, new run after new incomplete run, but only just recently finished the main story), so yeah that's how the mini-album was born it's because i was so moved/inspired by that!

@@parpmd2 I did get the ending spoilt but only partly cuz of a rlly good song. Anyway you should do more!! I'd love to hear stuff for different scenarios/themes. @@MysticalHaloV2 i will not say "i use fl" then! but other than that ok the strange thing is this 3-track ep took pretty much only a month (yes all 3 of them) to work on (except for Don't Worry Alone! which was a years-old melody that i remixed for the ep) but i swear i make music significantly slower than this sometimes it takes months but heck it can even take years, Drowning took i think a year on and off, and i even have two-year old wips

thanks so much for the support,, gotta be real, despite having been really familiar with the series for more than a decade at this rate, and maybe as a kid finishing pmd1 i've yet to complete pmd2 myself, and only now do i have a run that's about to visit torkoal for info on the hidden land there's still much i've yet to learn about pmd as a whole, but i hope i still find it in my heart to keep learning and who knows, maybe i'll make something really cool once i've learned more abt it and sure u may add me if u wanna once again thanks so much for the support and i hope i can keep giving
