Hello. Welcome to my channel. Here I dabble in a little bit of everything. Especially airguns, photography, hiking, canoeing, and some how to stuff. Even though my channel has been around since 2009. I have only been posting videos heavily for the last year. I am still getting to know what people like to watch. Thanks for watching and please consider subscribing.
SPRING PISTON REPEATING PISTOL?
Hi there! In today's video I chat about another concept airgun that has been on my mind for a while. The spring piston repeating pistol. As far as I knew, there was never one on the market until I came across a video on RUclips channel, "ptdunk Vintage Airguns". The video is titled, "John Griffith's Vintage Air Pistol Repros Based on unrealised patents by Webley, Haenel etc". At the end of the video, the narrator talks about an air pistol called in Haenel LP 55R. A little bit more detail about this pistol is mentioned in my video.
ALL IMAGES OF THE HAENEL LP 55R came from the ptdunk Vintage Airgun channel.
Thanks for watching.

HATSAN BLITZ, MY VERSION

Hello folks! In this video I wanted to share my vision of what the Hatsan Blitz should look like. In order to do this I have taken some parts from the following guns: Hatsan Blitz 777, Hatsan Sortie Wood, Hatsan Factor Long, and the Seneca Wing Shot. The parts I have superimposed onto the standard Hatsan Blitz with Photoshop. Most of the photos came from Pyramid Air website and some came from t...

Hello again folks. Just a simple video this week. I got out my Hatsan Blitz .22 cal again. I wanted to see if my Oneleaf NV400 still held zero. I have not used it in a couple of weeks. I decided to test the setup with my usual ammunition. The Crosman Premier 14.3 grain Hallow points. I Chronographed the gun off camera and got a reading of 842 feet per second. In the UK we have bolt action multi shoot and side lever multi shoot air pistol all are popular.wish we had the same with a spring powered pistol. If you find one please let me know. 😊😊😊great channel and its good to see you using air gun's. Take care and please keep the videos coming 😊
@@DarrenLocke-u5k I sure will let you know. Have you tried Guntrader.uk? I can almost find any airgun I am looking for there. It is a darn shame that we Yanks can't order from the UK.
I will look up
I will look up guntrader, thanks for the heads up. What if I order the guns for you then ship them to you?or would I get into deep trouble. Anything to help another shooting brother.
Thanks for the kind words and for watching.
@DarrenLocke-u5k Sound like a plan. I think we would get in trouble though. Something to ponder. Thanks for the thought.
PTDunk is airpistol god, as far as I'm concerned! Glad you found him. 😊

Where can you get the silencer?
I bought my silencer from an eBay seller named mswith388. It is 3D printed and has held up pretty well. Thanks for watching and for the question. Have a good one.
Hatsan made for only right handed people only, because of the grip.
@@dwainmorgan8550 I would file down the grip with a grinder or make a custom one. Thanks for watching.
hey Jace, did you see the Buck Rail pump handle for the Jet? Terry sent me one and its so cool!

Nice one Jace!😊
Thanks a lot.

@@Indiana424 U welcome cuz. I will have to find your jet video to see how you had your bipod mounted. Repazent and thanks for watching.
The first charge you must have the charging handle back. After that you do not.
@@johnnybbgunner2136 Thanks for the advice.
The valve seats need re seated and cleaned sometimes I used a bottle to fill it when it was stubborn
@@BackyardDispatcher Thanks for the advice.
Did you just pick this one up?🤠🇺🇸
@@johnnybbgunner2136 No I have had a couple of jets for about one year.
Did you blitz work in auto with te original spring?
@@locksmithsilva1163 Yes it did when I first bought it. Now it will only cycle in semi-auto. I have been wanting to put a shim under the magazine to better hold it in place. Many people do this and the rifle will cycle normally. Thanks for watching.
So you did manage to adjust the front sight from what I understand? I was hoping to see how it moves (You kinda showed it at the end nvm haha)
@@LowkeyAirgunner Oh yes. Just loosen the screw, move your front sight left or right, and then tighten your screw.
Great idea J, I like where you're going with that! {Also like Johnnybbgunner idea as well} all about options, ie freedom to choose. Possibly "barrel options?" At any rate, very imformative
Thanks very much.
Interesting look
I think so too!
I think here we have 3 versions and 1 or 2 or 4 bottles with the orginal . And with that wood the airgun will be market it self out of the market. Have a great day 👍😉
Thanks for watching
Have one but I lost the left grip.
@@jalenjose3905 Mine is missing the rear sight. eBay is the place to find parts. Thanks for watching.
@ 👋 hi, I got the seals but no luck on the left grip, I saw the sight some where in eBay.
@jalenjose3905 The parts are getting harder to find and when ya do find them, folks want a high price.
And a shorter barrel option!🤠🇺🇸
@@johnnybbgunner2136 Sounds like a good idea to me. Thanks again for watching Johnny.
@ If they come out with a short barrel version with the folding AR-15 stock…I am getting me one.🤠🇺🇸
@@johnnybbgunner2136 Have heard of the Blitz BP?
Terminador Airguns does conversion kits on many of these bigger rifles as well.
@johnnybbgunner2136 I will check that out now.
Interesting video! The fill nipple part got me kinda scared to try to fill mine without swapping the fill thingy... This is a bit weird Off the Shelf Airguns did mention having to do it also
@@LowkeyAirgunner I almost did not buy this pistol due to the fill nipple being in a weird spot, but besides that it is a pretty accurate pistol. I also love the fiber optic sights. Thanks for watching.
@JaceBell I was not talking about the placement I don't really mind personally but having to change a part on the hose is kind of annoying 🤔
@LowkeyAirgunner You must be talking about the part where I was having trouble getting my foster fitting in the male fill nipple on the gun. Well, after a break in period...the male nipple got worn down enough so that I can now use my old female fitting. I did not have this knowledge of the wear factor when I made this video. Thanks again.
@@JaceBellinteresting so maybe mine will work put of the box?
@LowkeyAirgunner I hope so. Good luck.
What suppressor are you using?
@@iancook7521 I bought my suppressor from Wolf Airguns back in 2016. They are located in Poland. The link is listed below. Thanks for the question and for watching. www.wolfairguns.com/index.php?cPath=34
Nice video Jace!
@@stevengoodman3498 I am glad you liked it. Thank you.
Can you use any 22 caliber pellet in Hansen jet 1 pistol
I typically use Crosman 14.3 grain hollow points. Those pellets offer great accuracy in most of my pellet guns. I have three other brands that I could try. Thanks for the video idea and for watching.
Those scopes are really cheap made.
Yes the Megaorei brand is a poor man's scope and typically costs $100 dollars or less. The third one (One leaf) is of good quality. Thanks for watching.
What's the usable range on the NV400?
Oh man that is a good question. I have not used it passed 28 yards. I will have to make a video about that. Thanks for your question and for watching.
I got the Sumatra .25 and yeah she a unregulated beast.
They are awesome guns. Thanks for watching.
Have you ever seen the model before the Sumatra? The Career 707. It has a lion scene on one side of the breech and a hound scene on the other. Last I looked there were two for sale on eBay. One was a carbine.
@JaceBell No, I never seen it. What other Airguns do you have?
Well my other gun that we're not in the video are: Drodz black Bird, Hatsan Jet, Hatsan Mod 25, Crosman 600, Crosman mag-fire mission, and there are others.
@@JaceBell nice selection.
Cool, good run down.
Thank you.
Can your hatsan mod 25 knock down a dove?
I would say hell yes it could. It is more powerful than a BB gun and I have seen folks shoot doves with those at close range. The mod 25 can go through a metal soup can easily. Thanks for watching.
Great shooting and patience of a cat. I had seen more than one big RUclipsr saying they will get a strike for posting links to scope manufacturers I have not yet confirmed this as I only have a few links to oneleaf up but if I or you hear something please tell. I am going to get some Bison on the Oneleaf soon I hope.
I should have shot better. The scope was zeroed for 20-28 yards, but on this shoot I may have been 14 yards out. One of these days I will have to try the ballistic calculator in the NV400. I saw on the Airgun channel last night, that Nate has an NV500 One leaf scope. It looks a bit smaller. Good luck on your Bison hunt.
As for the strikes for using night vision, I have not received any yet. It is funny that they may or may not have silly rules for certain shooting accessories, but they have no problem taking the advertising money.
@@JaceBell I'm not shooting one to say but filming yes , I love Nates channel , I think the new one looks pretty smart I haven't had time to look at all the specs but to swap out the lens is next level
@@JaceBell I want to show it on paper at the two zero points then how it corrects the poi for you I use it with a pretty high success rate with minimal data input
@@BackyardDispatcher Yes the lense swap is a great idea.
I'm with you on the Airacuda. I plan on buying one in .30 caliber when they get back in stock. I plan on getting the thumbhole even tho I hate thumbhole stocks with a passion. The other stock they offer is more practical for carrying around while hunting but it's ugly as sin.
@@ozarksbuckslayer2484 The butt stock on the standard does look kind of weird. Good luck with getting you 30 cal.
@@JaceBell I had a hard time making up my mind between getting it or a DAR in .25. I'd like to have both but I can't afford both. I lucked up and found a cheap solution to scratch the itch of my .25 caliber wants. I have 3 regulated Stormriders in .22 caliber, 2 bottle gun conversions and 1 stock but regulated with one of Robert Lanes regulators. SPA custom made some .25 caliber Stormrider barrels for Airgunarcheryfun in Canada and he's selling those and .25 conversion kits on his website for well worth the money. I got one of those coming so I can convert one of my .22's to .25. Now it's just a waiting game on the JTS Aircauda Max .30 to get back in stock. That should satisfy all of my airgun wants and needs once I get it bought, hopefully.
@@ozarksbuckslayer2484 I like the cocking lever that is on the DAR which is also on the JTS of course. It gives you an easy grip. It is always great to find a good deal.
@@JaceBell I love the side levers too. I have yet to own one but that's going to change. Being budget friendly is a big thing for me. I just can't justify spending well over a thousand bucks on something really nice like a Daystate Huntsman or a FX Dreamline & DRS.
Traditional is where it's at. I can't stand looking at all the star trek storm trooper looking crap that everybody is making. It's rare to see an air rifle with a half way decent looking stock on it. I have never bought a gun that didn't look like a gun and I never will either. What a stock should look like is what you see on say a Remington model 700.
Hey there! Yes there are some pretty weird looking air rifles out there. As for a fairly newer model in the traditional category, I would very much like to add the JTS Airacuda standard to my collection. Thanks for an awesome comment and for watching.
