I recently fell on love with all of Newfangled Audio's stuff. I master through the mastering suite, I mix with Invigorate and found using generate is very creative in more electronical/ambient music. This is the last plugin for me to get.

this mix is BAD though
You're using a master track as your reference on a non-mastered track or project. Won't the EQ curves be exaggerated because because your levels are so much lower pre-master? And if you run at postmaster you're going to get a lot of distortion so where does it fit in the workflow?
You place it before the compressor and limiter. It automatically compensates for any level differences.
Love the plugin. One question if you would be so kind to answer, Can i store a profile like pink or brown noise and somehow store it inside the plugin and be able to use this as the Match reference without having to set up Sidechain channels each time? In pro q3 i can store whatever i want as reference and then its immediately available as Matching reference in the menu. I find it very convenient if i could do the same in Equivocate

Almost the opposite. Because your ear is more sensitive to mid range frequencies in order for the kick to sound as loud as the snare you have to turn the volume way up. This means that the kick will clip much easier than the snare, even though it doesn’t subs particularly loud. The problem is, when these big low frequencies clip they take all the fine detail with them and you’re losing fine detail in the music. Thank you. It'd be nice to get videos that show why you designed the plugins a certain way - your blog posts expanding on those helped but same idea for videos. So like, the detail preservation, and comparing. "Deep dives" into what makes your stuff unique basically. I'd love to nerd out on that. Also it'd be cool if you could make videos higher quality especially in relation to Codec quality to ensure audio transfers on our end as accurate as possible.
Other excamples is Invigatote. How the shape and squash works / anti pump link, then the processors etc.. Tons of room for deep dives.

Just when I thought I was done buying plugins for some time to come… Thx for making stuff worth spending money on!
Bought and installed it - and lost a couple of hours just playing around. The first plugin in a long time where I did *not* start by exploring the presets but simply got lost in tweaking and playing and trying stuff out… and only after a few hours thought "damn, there surely are nice presets to explore and learn from, right?". That's the best compliment I can think of right now :). What a crazy good plugin this is! The interface is extremely simple to use and well thought-out, and up till now I haven't felt the need to open a manual because everything seems to be rather self-explanatory. What a joy, in every respect. Easily the best $29 I spent this year.

Nope, this one does stuff other delays don't. Sure, you could use 2 delays, one per channel, and add compressor and drive plugins after that, and then setup ducking with another compressor, and… yes, every DAW has that. Seriously, for the $29 crossgrade price, this is a no-brainer. But feel free to use whichever multi-plugin-workaround your DAW offers. EDIT: forgot the Pitch Warp and Granular modes which in themselves are spectacular and not found on other delays. But hey, it's just a delay plugin…
This is incredible and with the crossgrade pricing, it was an absolute no-brainer. The one big feature I'd love to see is a reversed delay option, hopefully this can be added in a future update.

Now I've had this a few days I think the sound is great but CPU is insane One instance gives me a 10% spike which makes it pretty redundant for live use. I will still buy it and hope that you can address this issue with future updates 🙏

It is nice. But in 2024 you should have added macro knobs for automation. Now we still need to set 4 or 5 automation lanes in the DAW, not ideal as it could be just one macro knobs. Another feature would have been preset morph, ie smoothly move between 4 presets by having a morph square box. Updates for the future?
Why build in macro controls into every single plugin while any "serious" DAW should support macro controls from within the DAW?

@@timbeneton8068: So the real problem is not that Recirculate has no macro knobs, but your DAW is missing that feature. Time to contact the developers of your DAW ;-) Or switch to a DAW with that functionality or use a container plugin that lets you use macros on all other plugins.
Keep up the good work! Were the format and pitch changes on the vocals also done with Recirculate?
The pitch transposition was Ableton's stock algorithm, but all the delay effects were Recirculate, and all the plug-ins used in the whole track were Newfangled Audio.

Astonishing!!! What a fabulous presentation in this overview. Thorough and clear. I’ll find plenty of excellent uses for Recirculate in the orchestral music I compose for film scores, podcasts and live theatre. That a single plugin can achieve all these effects is breathtaking!
