I went to this school in 1991-1993. In 1992, they filmed 3 Ninjas here and my neighbor is in the scene along with another recognizable 90’s child star. My mind is blown seeing this blacktop again. We had a Yo-Yo competition in 1993. POGs were huge. I used to walk up that zig zag starewell and my mom would pick me up on top of that hill

When I was in the Corps (1964 to 1968) the Marching Band accepted certain musicians without requiring them to go through boot camp. I'm not sure if that ever changed.

Composed during J P Sousa's tenure as Conductor of the President's Own Marine Band, The "official" march of the USMC: "Semper Fidelis" march. ("Halls of Montezuma" is The Marines' Hymn). 😉
