It's a bit subtle, but I love the acting and his facial expressions during the "how can you have a yellow alert in spacedock" exchange. Your guy goes from exacerbated and slightly confused because, let's face it, having a yellow alert while docked shouldn't be a thing to "did I hear that correctly" to "yeah, that warrants a yellow alert" to the face of a captain who is ready for duty. It's just a really good example of show don't tell with emotions.

Does the Spacedock not have any tractor beams? Are there no small patrol ships that are armed that could have stopped the Enterprise?
