I saw tate bench 140 way easier than this like a year or 2 ago in a youtube video with that british fitness youtuber that lives in dubai. They both benched 140 and tate lifted it up way easier than the fitness guy who was built like a bodybuilder. He picked it up wag easier than he did in this clip. He either got weaker from not training much or he is injured.

that is a 1 X 20KG, 2 X15KG's, 1 X 10KG on both sides = 120KG + 20 KG bar = 140 KG
Great topic! Many people jump from relationship to relationship, I did this myself. But now I'm improving within a relationship. I can say that a shitty relationship makes it very hard to improve, but if your partner is supportive and also wants to grow, it actually is pretty easy. However, relationships, especially the ones that don't work out, provide great life lessons. You just need to be aware and really learn from them, take everything you can from that lesson. And I think that the road of improving yourself never ends. Not even in 10 years. But in 10 or 5 years you can get a huge progress and become so much happier. :) And that's what I wish to you! Great to see people like you that really work on themselves. :)
