I don't think I am big enough to need an editor. I'll probably never get that far anyway, so I see no point in investing that much. If I get a lot of subs, like maybe more than 300, than sure.

I think you should build a house on the water so what you need to do is find a patch of land and build out as far as you want and when you are ready break the build then start the house
