GRRRR i don't like crabs 😞
Ah I know. It’s tough to get over that mindset but it’s true. You need carbs. Not a massive amount but you need to fuel yourself.
Thank you this is a really good advice
Matt!
Gettin after it!
You need some endurance stuff maybe longer runs instead of sprinting
100%. Happy to be here for you
Great video brother, i needed this video so much and didn't knew it. Thank you so much ❤
I read in a book that if you think about the geneology of Jesus in the first chapter of Matthew you see a bit of everything... not all saints or angels. This means that everything can lead to Jesus, every stage in our life. Even the most painful one can bear fruit if we hand it over to God. For example, this loneliness you speak of can lead you to empathize with those who, for various reasons, must remain single for their whole life in order to follow Jesus.
there's a reason for the season. 100%. Thank you
I’m one of those subscribers who’s been really encouraged by your devotional videos. I try to be intentional and meditate on what it means to live out my faith each morning before starting my day. Your messages have been a real source of inspiration. Please keep making these videos, Kyle!
will do. thank you for saying that
Your shirt is nice, looks like a comfy material
What is your height bro?
This was very helpful actually
Underrated
Hi, I also had the same experience, in the Catholic tradition it is called "the dark night"... if it can console you, saints often experience it::)
My goal is to accumulate more btc. 😅
id take a mininum of 10 years for me my movie idol weighed 120kg with very visible and large muscles in his prime
Nah I do like 35% effort and has my dream physique by about 97% already in the span of a year with casual lifts and calisthenics
Cold plunge? Sauna? Bro what about 8 hrs of quality sleep?
All great stuff, sleep especially, which I mention in the video under the category of not recovering. However, I would say sauna and ice bath (even though they are recovery related) wouldn’t be the first thing I would tell someone to add in and change with the specific goal of breaking through a plateau in the gym. Just not a low enough hanging fruit while still an important thing for sure.
I love you added recovery, but there's no good evidence (other than a feeling of well being) to suggest a cold plunge or sauna. Nutrition, mobility, sleep, and active rest will get it done best! Really good content brother!
Guys, I had bad depression from age 11 to 23 and then ended up burned out after doing too much partying. Got diagnosed with autism in therapy and had a detailed plan to end my life, but the night before, I - a lifelong little, aggressively atheistic shit who mocked his religion teacher - prayed to God for the first time from the heart and under tears. I fell asleep that night and woke up the next day depression-free, all the unexplainable sensation of melancholy, despair and dread was gone and never came back. I started reading the bible and withdrew from society as much as possible. Until I turned 30, God built up my spirit. Then He helped me quit drinking, smoking and smoking weed altogether and instead WORK. OUT. It's been three years and with one 1h upper body workout a week, I'm now generally seen as a big guy in many daily situations. I'm working full time again and my mental health keeps improving, although autism will stick around. God strengthens our spirit and He built us to have strong bodies, that result in even stronger minds. Please check out the bible, you'd be surprised once you see for yourself, what miraculous hope and peace can become a part of you in everyday life, how much weight is being lifted off your shoulders. We might lift iron weights, but let God help us lift the weights we can't. Find peace, sisters and brothers. God loves you and wants for you to connect with Him and share all your sorrow and worries. Just try it out in an open prayer any time you want... Good luck with the weights, thanks for reading and may God bless y'all and your loved ones.
I saw results after 6 months, but after a full year I’m definitely seeing mad progress. Still not where I want to be, but the journey is part of the reward and it’s so worth it!!!
Yeah same bro it’s crazy
Depends on what your goal is
most people in the gym have the same goal physique, lean body with large developed muscles
@Max78912 honestly no hahaha some want to focus on endurance, others on strength. Some want to walk out with large glutes, or an hourglass. Others just want the biggest upper body. Some want to look lean while others want to look like body builders. The point is that everyone wants different things
@@Max78912 "lean body with large developed muscles" That is so vague! your describtion can take 6 months or 5 years depending on what you thing devoloped muscles are. also some people want be pro body builders or smth which take many many more years. and also it depends on the starting point. if you are very overweight for an example it would take a long time to loose that fat.
This is so utterly stupid.
wait that’s so smart, i’ve never thought of this way
30 to 45 in a week? In a year? In a decade? You should watch your videos before you upload 😅
Per day. Thank you for that helpful insight
That's why fad diets don't work, only lifestyle changes
Great stuff, very motivating! Nice nick name Jantzond …. But it is Jantzen

beautifully said ❤
Random question, but about 2 years ago I stopped going to the gym 6 days a week because I finished a cut and was in the best shape I had ever been in, 6’6 225 lean and active. Unfortunately at the end of my cut, I lost a lot of motivation for the gym. It’s now been about a year and a half and still haven’t found the motivation to go back…why?
That’s a tough question to answer - but in short - fu** motivation. Do it anyway. You’re not going to want to do it all the time. Gotta go anyway. My recommendation to you in go and workout because that’s what you do, not because it’s what you want to do. Sounds over simplified I know… but it’s the truth.
@ honestly just needed to hear it brotha, fuck yeah your right 🔥🔥🔥
@@22jdawgjb my man. Let’s go. It starts today. Go get after it.
He's hot!
