I agree. She does things that no one would consider good and use that to advantage. Also, she never had any say on who she was betrothed to; nor the fact that anyone would listen to her side of why she did things. Sometimes, people like Eclispa use magic from darkness, only to save lives. And besides, the court would have heard about making peace with Mewni’s real natives, then all the wars and conflicts would have either subsided or ceased. If I were a leader in protecting my people and prevented loss of life (from both sides).

This song fits Eclipse-SA rather well for everything she and her husband went through. Not to mention she does want to stop her mother's evil legacy from wreaking havoc on all lives that are full of good magic or with innocent people.
