I was fortunate enough to have had the experience of eating Tuna Burgers at Disneyland many, many times. I'm just curious on where you found this "recipe"? From my recollection, the burger wasn't 3stacked like a Big Mac. It was a bottom bun and top bun - no middle bun. The "sauce" was a lot more than just Mayo and Ketchup. It was more like Thousand Island. I also need to critique your cooking skills. Your Onion and Celery are way too large! They should actually be closer to a mince (no larger than 1/8"). I'm going have to give your video 2 "Oh Boys". I did like the History portion.

You can't imagine how good these tasted back then to a ravenous six year old, not knowing they existed before being handled one.
