I was going to post a comment asking about the farmers market hours, but your time links made it super easy to go back into the video and grab the exact name so I could just google it. Wow, it's open daily year round! Very cool and seems worth the drive from Chapel Hill or Durham, but perhaps in another video you could showcase some of the other local farmers markets, and maybe even art festivals & street fairs?

Hi Matt, thank you so much for this video - coming from out of state I have never bought or sold a home with a Due Diligence fee so this is super important information for me. Could you please explain if this fee also applies to new construction homes as well as pre-owned homes? Way too much traffic!!! Way too many people!! Rent and housing cost rising rapidly!! Way too many angry bad drivers!! Do not move there!!!!

Florida is crowded, way overcrowded, theres no elbow room like in Cary for example.... taxes and insurance are insane and not going down anytime soon.... its 85-105 most of the year, which doesnt let you do anything. im sick of being at Disney World and sweating from head to toes... in the past 10 years, its full of crazy people in FL... but the overcrowded, thats a huge negative for FL, everything is super busy, all. the. time. 😮

I thought it was for the pork barbeque?

When I-540 opens in the Fall of 2024 the growth will explode in Johnston County.

Some very good Asian and Indian restaurants in the area thanks to NCSU and RTP attracting such and international clientele.

What an awesome video and introduction. My husband is originally from California and I am a native of NH. He moved to FL in 91 and I arrived in 2002. He is planning on working another 5 years and I most likely take early retirement. We are looking at NC for its 4 seasons. We thought of Asheville but are set on Raleigh due to exemplary health care. Although we are still a few years away from retirement, we will keep you in mind for our upcoming visits.

I really liked your video and the fact that you touched on the political landscape of the area. Most Realtors shy away from that touchy subject. I am a native Rhode Islander (and also a Realtor) who moved to Central Florida 2 years ago. My wife and I are looking into areas of NC for our retirement move. I miss the four seasons, but I also want only a small bit of winter. It’s by far too hot here in FL for 6 months, so a more temperate summer would be nice. We also need access to healthcare and affordability in the housing market as we will be retired when we move in 2 years. Diversity is also a major factor as to where we land next.

Man this is amazing! I got my real estate license during the pandemic and this is a much easier way to explain this to my buyers.

Moved to Clayton from Southern CA. It's exceeded my expectations by a mile; wonderful community. The few compromises (lack of convenience and fewer retail options) are well worth the trade off for lower cost of living, less crime, open space, and friendly neighbors.

My favorite go-to super casual spot is the original Neomonde on Beryl road for super fresh Mediterranean and Middle Eastern fare. I also love Five Star for the their crispy sesame beef and crispy green beans!
