The only thing wrong with this video is the Cowl A/I Valve Connector is not disconnected. After locking the valve open, you disconnect, cap and stow the Cowl A/I Pressure Switch Connector, ref. AMM 30-00-00 DDG Procedures for Deferring the Cowl A/I System. Other than that, this is a great video to send Contract AMT's when there is any confusion with the paperwork.
This is actually a really important point because the amber cowl anti ice light and master caution will illuminate during the next takeoff because the pressure switch will be sensing 5th stage bleed air. We had a return to blocks because of this exact problem
