Its easy for you to say because you're a man. For a small woman like me and my friend...it was not so easy to just walk away from 6 men who were guarding us like crazy. If you will try to walk away, 1 or 2 of them will follow. If its just one person than that would be easy... But we know better now...

Yes, you are right! We only stayed their for 3 days and 3 nights but we saw that the families stays together on how it should be. Also, before coming to Naples, we were warned about snatchers that's why i took my video using handheld without gimbal for safety. But in my opinion, Rome is riskier than Naples. When we were there we walked 'til midnight on many streets and we didn't sense any danger. We had an unforgettable experience in Naples.

Hello, yes we used the SITA day ticket on our bus trip from Sorrento to Positano, Positano to Amalfi and back to Sorrento from Amalfi. Actually the SITA day ticket covers several places and not only those 3 places we mentioned. We can ride or use the SITA bus as much as we want in a day. The bus ride from Sorrento to Positano is about 40 to 50 minutes. About 1 hour and 40 minutes from Sorrento to Amalfi. From Positano to Amalfi is more or less 50 minutes, depending upon the traffic. Going back to Sorrento from Amalfi is almost 2 hours. There's also villages/small places before reaching Amalfi but we did not stop since we don't have enough time. You will surely enjoy even if you are travelling solo! Have a safe trip soon and if you have questions, feel free to write.... I'm glad to share my experience to my fellow travellers.

I always place the meat in the refrigerator when brining...I never experience brining in a chiller but i think it will still work since it is still below freezing point, just colder than the refrigerator. I only freeze the already brined meat if i don't have time to cook it yet, it works too!

@@noelpeniquito207 use your chiller. Sorry I didn't get your question because our ref here has no freezer. Our freezer is separate. Though I work before in Abenson, I forgot that time that there are 2 n 1 ref.
