What great heavyweight in his prime did Mike ever beat?

@vegastjg he went 50-6 winning 44 fights by KO (which is a staggering 88% of his wins). He lost three years of his prime to prison on BS. Who did Tyson duck for you to make this comment? Spinks, Holmes, Bruno, Berbick, and Seldon come to mind. You're going to say Holmes wasn't in his prime, but look what he still managed after their fight. The thing with Mike is his peak was just so astronomical. If Cus lived another 10 to 15 years and Don King/prison never happened we can only imagine. Mike lost the fire and intensity for boxing. I love Holyfield and you can't take anything that he did in those two fights away from him. Lewis also didn't go forward with the rematch. Say what you want, but Iron Mike is certified in my opinion.

Cus was great at navigating fighters the right way to get a belt (Floyd Paterson, ironically the youngest HW champ before Tyson) so I kinda see what @vegastjg is saying, but on the contrary the guys Mike did fight he beat how you’re supposed to beat guys of that caliber. Destruction.

Bruh that doesn’t mean anything. Bivol doesn’t actually fight his sparring partners, there’s countless people that would get destroyed by Bivol that say they got the “better” of him in sparring
