I think you would have better success if you'd parted the hair into smaller sections and passed the brush through much slower, giving the brush time to straighten the hair . Thanks for the demo.

That's a lot of work for very little results. You could have get your hair straighter with a blowdryer with a comb attachment. I have the Tymo ring and it works well (don't know about the shein knockoff though). If you want to straighten your hair, you need to blow dry your hair first to stretch it out. Then you need to pass the straightening comb on small sections just like you would with a regular flat iron. Also the hair needs to be properly detangled. I noticed a lot of hair accumulating on your straightener.
